Extended Stay America – Minneapolis – Airport – Eagan – South

Unfortunately this was the last time I will be staying at an Extended Stay America. Smoke smell everywhere, dirty bathroom (hair in the shower and dirt everywhere), hair all over the bed which was not made and sticky floors. First, they gave us a smoking room when we asked for non-​smoking. They said that they «sold» all of their non-​smoking for that night. even though I requested non-​smoking. I was hoping for a nice and quick stay over but ended up not sleeping due to its lack of cleanliness and poor service. I hope this is the only one like this. Only giving a 2 for being cheap pricing and close to the airport.

Nice room. I really like the included kitchen and cookingware.
