I am visiting from Arizona and needed a haircut and a gel manicure. The haircut was fine, but they did not tell me ahead of time that I could not bring my own polish, I had to use theirs. They only had one brand and about 50 colors. My salon at home has several brands of gel polish and almost 300 colors. I really needed the manicure, so I selected the closest color. It is not a very good match to mine. The manicure was not done well and the polish job is sloppy. The topper was the cost of the manicure was $ 48.00. Mine at home is only $ 30.00.

She didn’t even match my picture and I would still go here over and over. I went to Brittney with a picture to match for my engagement photos. She didn’t really match the picture (she did more curly than wavy), but I loved it just the same. She was adorable too. So easy to talk to and super fun. Plus it was only $ 30 for a shampoo and style (my regular girl was going to charge me $ 60, not including tip!). I already booked an appointment with her to do a color touchup. She did a great job on my hair even without matching the picture exactly. It’s nice when they can make you love it without matching it. If she does as well on the rest as the style, I will have found a new hairstylist to go to.

Emily has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. I have never had a bad haircut and I have enjoyed all the time I have spent with her. I also get the occasional mani and pedi. All the nail techs are great! My only complaint is that sometimes I have to wait longer than is reasonable.

Went in for a Brazilian today and 65% satisfied, still little hair everywhere and more painful then I expected, I’ve had my round of wax’s i give this place a okay if your normal waxer is busy.

I’ve always been happy with the haircuts I’ve gotten here. I’ve been seeing Kelly for 2 years now and have no intentions of going anywhere else!

I was looking for a salon where I could get the original Brazilian Blowout treatment for my hair and found Cole’s on Unilocal.I was able to get an appointment the very next day with Shayna. I accidentally went to the wrong Cole’s location but was greeted with a friendly and helpful person at the desk who pointed me to the correct location.
The Brazilian Blowout is expensive treatment but so worth it! The $ 250 charge is average for this service. This treatment has transformed my hair from a frizzy puffy mess to shiny, smooth, and straight style. You can still curl your hair too! Shayna was very knowledgeable and friendly. After talking with her, I decided I wanted to cut my hair as well — even though I hadn’t scheduled this, Shayna was Able to accommodate me. I love how my hair looks after the treatment and cut. i will definitely return to Shayna!

Personally I have been going to Jenessa for years because she always listens to my requests and is amazing with cuts AND color! I highly recommend her if you want someone to do your hair the way you’d actually be very pleased with!

so, let me start out -. i didnt actually have a service this was my preservice experience. BTW the salon was very dirty. There was hair all over the floor and the brushes looked like they hadnt been cleaned since they were bought.Gross.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
I walked into this salon on sunday to a quote. The receptionist was obviously having a bad day because she didnt even acknowledge us when we walked in and pretty much refused to help me. Finally she asked me if I needed something!
After my consultation, I saw my stylist was not interested in helping me and asked if I wanted to make an appointment for the upcoming week. ummm hello? Am i not standing right here? which one would assume hat I want to speak to someone now, not come back for some future time, especially when it was dead and there was only one person doing hair. 5 other stylist were sitting down together talking.
bad sign already.
So she lets out this long loud sigh and was like okay but i need you to fill out these
if i would fight her about this? I fill them out and then about 10 min laterLauren comes to get me looking annoyed that she had to talk to me. She talked prices and then said that she would give me a «deal» because Im a new client and it looks as if I cannot afford too much.
I told her that she should never judge a book by its cover. Its usually the least flashy people that have the most money! She just lost my business.

I have been coming here for 3 years and have been pretty happy. The receptionists are always nice and friendly. It’s true they oversell the pricey products but they have a pretty good return policy if you’re not happy with them. I love Katrina. She gives great haircuts and is super friendly!

I am probably not the best person Coles (or anyone for that matter) wants to see review a salon. I’m just a stupid boy that probably couldn’t tell you the real reasons you should come here, just the reasons I come here. Bottom line is I am fairly non-​pretentious about my looks (nice way of saying I’m not that good looking but don’t care too much) and what hair I have left would probably look just as good to me after walking out of a Great Clips, however, everyone I deal with at Coles is proffessional and I’m treated as important as a bride-​to-​be that is going to drop $ 500 there and I appreciate that level of service. I have been seeing the same stylist once every 3 – 4 week for a few years now. We set up the following appointment at the end of the current appointment and they send me email confirmation the day before. Plus I see the same person everytime so I don’t have to articulate what I want done with my hair to someone new everytime, they know what I want, and when I need hair products they take all of the guesswork out of it for me (totally worth the extra money). In one word… Easy.

Renee did my makeup for my wedding day on September 22^nd, and her work was absolutely flawless. I was literally brought to tears when I first saw myself. I felt beautiful and confident, and I got many compliments. Renee is so kind and she really listened to me and understood what I wanted. I am so grateful to her. Every bride should feel as beautiful as I did on my wedding day.
Carrie did my updo, and she did a great job too! When I went in for my practice updo, we didn’t quite achieve the look I wanted, but Carrie assured me she would practice, and sure enough, when I came in for my wedding day she nailed the look I wanted. It was wonderful and really fit with my vision.
I came in with a group of 8 girls (not including me) who all had their hair and makeup done too. Coles was very accommodating to our large group. The wedding coordinators were helpful in scheduling and answering any questions I had. The girls were happy with their hair and makeup, and we finished our appointments right on time, which I really appreciated.
I would definitely recommend Cole’s (and especially Renee!) to any bride who is looking for a salon for her big day. I’m very grateful to all of the staff there for getting my wedding day off to such a great start.

Today’s haircut goes into one of the worst haircuts list. The hair stylist was nice and chatty but did a bad job on my hair. She gave me bangs which are so small in the front that it almost looks ugly. I’m going to wear a hair band for a few weeks until it grows out a little. Plus, I find it ridiculous that they charge $ 8 extra if you want to get your hair blow dried after the cut. I find it hard to fathom that you would leave a customer with wet hair, water dripping all over. If I were the owner, I would make sure that my hair stylists atleast give a basic blow dry service after a cut. After all, wouldn’t you want your customers to be wow’ed after the haircut?
I don’t recommend Coles and I won’t be going back there.

I don’t get my nails done much. I could count on one hand how many times I’ve actually had someone do my nails.
But I had a bad day and wanted to spoil myself! I called at 6:40 and they were able to get me in at 6:50. They were really nice about fitting me in and seemed happy that I wanted to get in before they closed.
The staff was friendly and I was surprised how busy it was at seven. Their nail area is in a different part of the salon and the waiting area is big with a library selection of magazines and hair books. This is about the only time I get a chance to read gossip magazines, so imagine my delight when I have to choose between six or seven different ones.
Sara did my pedicure with French tips. I got the express pedicure, so I didn’t get as much as the rubbing and scrubbing (sad face), but it was still awesome. They have massage chairs that will go for the entire stay and Sara did a great job! My feet are soft and cute.
The only problem I had was the price. I’m aware that Aveda is pricier and, really, you kind of pay for what you get. But I would have been fine with a $ 20 pedicure rather than a $ 40 one. I was all set to make another appointment a few weeks later until I got my bill.

If you want a good haircut, but no frills, head to Cole’s. It’s not the pampering paradise, but it’s your higher quality chain salon. Maybe it’s just the people I work with, but they forewarn if you have long hair, just be careful on the amount you want snipped. They tend to take more off than you expect.
The big perk about Cole’s is their product sales. Get on their email list to stay in the know.

I walked into Cole’s because the Great Clips nearby was full. I was amazed at how classy the place was. They accepted me as a walk in and in 5 minutes, I was called for my haircut.
Now the problem with Guys getting their haircut is that we always feel safer when men cut our hair. This time though I was pretty confident about what I wanted and she followed my instructions to the letter. For $ 20 this was a great experience. Walk-​ins are ok when they are not busy, but appointments are advisable
Still I want to find a place for guys who can get a completely different style from what they have and not look horrible.
Still looking for that place.
ps: They oversell their hair products which are really expensive.

I went here for the 3^rd time ever the other day, but this time for a haircut and not just a brow wax or to take a bride to get her hair done while she is sobbing and shaking (another story for another time!). I love walking in this place. Everyone is very friendly, and it smells fantastic. I can give them points for good smells, right? When I had my brows waxed the lady gave me this awesome little ice-​roller thing for my forehead and brows, and there was cute music playing in the little room. When my friend was getting married, they had 2 people working on her. One to do her hair, the other to do her makeup. And I think the poor lady had to re-​do her makeup at least 3 times because the bride was crying so much. And bless their hearts, the two girls just kept working and telling her how beautiful she looked, and how special she was to have found true love! I slipped them an extra tip after the bride went out to the car (and she looked amazing). When I went to get my hair cut the other day, my stylists’ name was Steph. TOTALLY recommend her! She did a great job with my long, thick hair. It lays wonderfully, looks AMAZING, and feels fabulous. And it’s so easy to style. She is also very personable and we talked about some of the funniest things. I know it’s a chain, but the people definitely make the place ;-)

Cole’s is a typical suburban salon. I have been to a bunch of Cole’s and they are all pretty much the same, Bumble and Bumble kinds of places. Not that that is bad! It’s a lot of soccer mom’s getting their highlights here. I pretty much only go here because my friend Ashley works there, but it’s still a nice place to get your hair cut or colored. They also do nails.
