The food is fresh and consistently good. I LOVE the feta dressing on my salads! Try the buffalo chicken calzone, it’s to die for!

Every time I find myself back in Durham I find myself getting either the cheeseburger dinner or the chicken finger dinner! Love it ! Best food in Durham !

Messed up my order, had to call me back to verify it, and still got it wrong when I picked it up. Not sure what type of weed the girl was smoking but I had to explain to her what was wrong several times before she understood that I had only ordered three sandwhiches and not four. Very unprofessional and distracted.

I ordered delivery last week. It was not only 15 min late but it wasn’t hot. The pizza itself was cheese and Hawaiian. The ham wasn’t plentiful and the pineapple tasted stale. The dough was like rubber and stale and it reminded me of microwave Elios. Sorry for the harsh review by perhaps the owners can up the ante in town. DHOP gets my vote for best pizza in town. Go see my review of them on Unilocal

Had the large 1 topping pizza special that came with toasted bread and cheese which was really good and unlimited fountain drinks for two. It was your typical«greek pizza» a little greasy but very reasonably priced, definitely earns the stars on price and friendly service.

I absolutely am obsessed with their grilled chicken salads. Obsessed. They put pita bread on the bottom of them(why didn’t anyone think of this?) and it is delightful! I get a craving about once a week. Yum. Very good service every time. They are always attentive and nice.

Greg and I have been dating a long time. too long to count. For 4 of those years, we went to Wildcat pizza once a week. My friends knew that we would go(most Friday’s), and that most of the time we didn’t invite anyone along. sometimes Gav or Jack. We always ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and cihcken fingers. and split it. We loved it. Thankfully, we liked the same foods. The atmosphere is your classic«college» pizza place, with casual booths, tvs… it’s a relaxing environment. We loved wildcat pizza, and I love my memories from it. I actually used to come here when I visited my brother and I was still in high school. Recently, I have been back since graduating, and I called 30 minutes ahead of arriving to Durham to make sure I could order my pizza. I was so excited… once eating it. it was a major let down. It tasted like cardboard. It had no flavor. I am not sure if their recipe changed, or if I have just been exposed to more pizzas and am not in the college bubble anymore. but it tainted my experience. I would say, in Durham, it is still one of the better pizza options, and the chicken fingers are delicious.

greek white(or mediterranean) calzone, creamy feta dressing on the side. amazing. last meal before the electric chair, amazing. 5 years out of UNH and i still dream about going back to durham just to enjoy that delicious goodness.(and stop in to Scorps for a tsunami shot, obviously). WYSIWYG, extremely casual college pizza joint. love you wildcat!

Meh. Not the greatest pizza… dough and crust was dry(from frozen perhaps?) and very greasy on top. Sauce was good though.

Wildcat Pizza is a pretty decent restaurant for the UNH Campus. Their menu has some decent options for fried food. I am not a huge fan of the pizza mainly because of the harder crust.

Where does one start on such a horrible pizza. Bland, little sauce, cardboard like crust, small sizes. The worst pizza I’ve ever had.

We went to Durham to visit UNH because my sister will be going to graduate school there in the fall(woo hoo!). Wildcat Pizza seemed like a good lunch option: my sister, her friend, and I ordered a large pizza with feta, spinach, and green pepper, while my mom ordered a stir-fry chicken sub. My mom and I both got iced tea, which was supposedly fresh brewed but was a pale pink color(seriously) and tasted like well water. Gross. We were the only ones in the restaurant for awhile until a party of seriously like fifteen people of all ages came and sat in the two long tables right next to us. They were boisterous, which was fine, but the kids(9 – 10 years old) kept saying really loudly, «I love Asians!» so that everyone could hear. It was bizarre – funny and yet so offensive. Awesome. I kind of wish we had moved to the other side of the restaurant. The food came, and the pizza was really good. The crust was very light but not spongy, and the edges weren’t tough or too hard. The toppings were distributed perfectly, with a nice balance of the cheeses and veggies. My mom said that her sub was not greasy but a little tasteless. I think my sister has a pizza place to go to when she begins school in the fall. She just might want to get carryout, though.

Senior year if undergrad, my boyfriend and I lived off of wildcat. Honestly, their pizza is mediocre BUT their calzones are some of the best around. I recommend either the BBQ chicken with a side of ranch or the buffalo chicken with blue cheese. As a health food fiend, I suggest you loosen your belt to try at least one of their calzones.

When scouting the Durham area for places to live my mother-in-law and I drove by this place a few times and decided to stop in for lunch. The building was pretty nice and in a nice area so it looked welcoming. I ordered my food and the cashier was friendly. I went to the bathroom and there wasn’t soap, but sanitizer in place of soap. I thought that was odd since sanitizer doesn’t remove viruses from your hands and it isn’t as good as just regular old soap. We both ordered calzones and they were WONDERFUL. The filling was just the right amount, the sauce on the side was great and we both loved the crust. There was sanitizer on every table and that was nice. I also asked a man working there about the area and where to look for places to live and he very kindly tried to find a newspaper in the dining room for me and gave me some pointers. The only change I would make is to add soap to the bathroom and perhaps decorate the place a little although it isn’t necessary b/c it has a take-out feel. With some updates it could be awesome!

The best pizza to be had in Durham. They have lots of topping options, and all the ones I’ve tried are tasty. The prices are pretty reasonable too.

I miss Wildcat Pizza. I miss going there before a hockey game at the Whitt, getting my delicious veggie sub and relaxing. The staff is friendly(college kids, mostly, of course), and it’s a pizza joint, so don’t go expecting something fancy schmancy. I hope to be back, Wildcat.
