This has been my go-​to place for coffee, as it’s very near my home. Over the past couple of months, though, quality has dropped pretty significantly. The people are really friendly, but my lattes have tasted burnt, and they use the same mixing container that says «MILK» across the side whether they’re making a soy drink or not. It does look like they clean it between, but beware if you’ve got a serious allergy.
Funny anecdote: I once ordered a latte from here, and they forgot to put the espresso in. It was a cup of steamed, frothed soymilk with vanilla syrup: D Luckily, I didn’t NEED the caffeine that day.
