This place can not be a running business. It’s relatively close to where I live and the closest Pizza Hut to where I live so I’ve gone a few times. I’ve never had even mediocre service but this last time blew me away. I ordered online and thank goodness I did. I reached at the time I was given to pick up my pizza and there were many people waiting for various things. A few things that really got to me: 1. The lady at the front refused to acknowledge anyone, in the restaurant or those who were calling. She would pick up and ask people to hold then slam the phone down and laugh and say they can call back. To those she actually answered she told them the delivery time is 4 hours and pick up time is 3 hours. True story. Looking at how no one’s order was getting processed, I believe it. 2. I finally got a chance to get to talk to the person in the front after a few employees shifted. I was told I was number 15 in the queue. When I went to ask how long that would be I was told to be patient. I had already waited 15 minutes at that point past my pick up time 3. The employees inside were fighting with each other. They were screaming and yelling at each other and throwing empty pizza boxes at each other. It was like nothing I have ever seen before I finally got my pizza and it tasted pretty decent. I was scared to try it at first thinking it was undercooked but that was not the case. I emailed Pizza Hut as well as I have never experienced something like this before. I was blown away for sure but in a very bad way.

Honestly they need to get a new manager of this location. I work during the night, and only order from here during the day, and on weekdays. They always seem too preoccupied to take your order. The phone rings at least 10 times before they pick up, if they pick up, and the staff is less than hospitable. They’re always saying it’s going to be much longer than the allotted time to deliver, usually an hour and a half. Just get new management and new staff. They are not up to par, and I really like Pizza Hut in general. They are really bad, and I’ve had much better service in the hood. This management most really suck. I guess that means NO Pizza Hut for me, at least from here.

I ordered over the phone. Just a single large pizza to be delivered to a hotel about 5 minutes away. I called after an hour and ten minutes to see when it was going to make it here, and was cut off while talking to be told the driver was on the way. So I went along with it, with the other Unilocal reviews in the back of my head. I waited another 15 minutes before deciding to call them and just cancel my order. I had to argue that there had to be a way to cancel the order, then was on hold for near another fifteen minutes with being hung up on part way through. Finally, I got a hold of the manager who merely said«It’s canceled» and hung up on me again. At least the manager ended up canceling the order correctly.

Without a doubt the worst Pizza Hut on the planet. I ordered delivery from there and it took 2.5 hours for them to get it to me. I called, to see how much longer it would be, the lady put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I called back. finally a lady arrives with my order. What’s crazy about it all is(which I didn’t know until the next day) the restaurant is .2 miles from my hotel!!! Lesson Learned. Either way I vote they scrap this one and try again elsewhere. Just my two cents!

2−25−16 — Let me start by saying that I used to work in a service industry and I understand what it is like to work in an environment where you are short staffed. I overlooked many things during this visit but at the end of the day, the establishment was dirty(sticky tables, containers covered with caked up fingerprints, counters nasty) and the level of service was just poor. We waited over 5 minutes to even be seated. There seemed to be only 1 waitress covering the entire floor and she was down right rude. The pizza on the bar looked pretty bad and there was limited options(no vegetarian or cheese). There are only 2 vegetarian pizzas on the menu. We ordered one along with the salad bar. The salad bar consisted of lettuce, cheese, bacon bits, tomato, cucumber, and dressings. There was no oil or vinegar on the bar and when asked, we received a very rude«We don’t have any.» The pizza that came was the wrong vegetarian option that we ordered and the waitress said do you want me to make a new one or just add some spinach on top. We decided to just keep the pizza we had. The waitress never came to fill our drinks and never brought our check. When we got to the register, we said that we never received a check and she said«Yea I never made it over there but your total is $ 27.» We were charged full price for the wrong pizza that was ordered and when I gave her my signed receipt and said thank you, she didn’t even respond. While waiting to pay, a call came in and that asked what the wait time was for a pizza and she told them 1.5 hours. After she hung up the phone, she said out loud and it will be another 1.5 hours when they call back the next time! I really love Pizza Hut most of the time but I will never patron at this one again.

i wish this wasn’t the location considered closest to my house. Their delivery time suck. Their system will tell me the delivery will take 30 minutes so after 45 minutes i call and they say delivery time is an hour or more. I weigh the balance between having to wait a really long time and getting free pizza every time i call to complain. I wish another location was considered closer. They are so much better. They used to be our location but the Pizza Hut mapping system decided we were in the territory of this one. Starving in Durham.

Awful Pizza Hut. The pizza came an hour late, of which the order was wrong and the pizza was cold and not fresh at all. Always knew this particular store was a dump, but figure the pizza would still taste decent. Turns out the people are incompetent and the food is even worse. Will not be ordering from here again. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I placed my delivery order online at 843pm. I waited until 10pm to call the store and asked what is going on. He was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. He told me that the pizza guy was on his way. At 10:10, about an hour and half after I ordered it, the pizza delivery guy called saying he was on his way. I told him to cancel my order and he told me I should have called HIM sooner! I also called the store back and told them to cancel it as well. I always always order Dominoes pizza, but they were closed so I tried you guys instead. That was a huge mistake. Now, it is after 10 pm and I still have not eaten dinner yet. Dominoes is so much more customer driven.

I really like this particular Pizza Hut because the past four consecutive times I have ordered from them I have got a free pizza. The bad news is that each time I got that free pizza its because they messed up. The first time I paid for my food and received a credit to my account for a free pizza because it took almost two hours for delivery. Then on my next order, I used my account credit, and received another free pizza under an almost identical late delivery scenario. Then again a third time, and again another free pizza. Each time I called in for delivery I had to call multiple times to get someone to pickup the phone. So to get my third free pizza I decided to pickup, As I waited for them to make my pizza I heard the phone ring the entire time, and seemed like no one ever answered it. They put the wrong toppings on my pizza, so I got another free pizza. My relationship with this Pizza Hut is like a losing your last ball in a pinball game, but always getting the match letting the game continue without putting in another quarter. Alas my luck ran out when I found that the free pizza that I had been credited must be ordered within a month from time of credit. As the corporation that brought us stuffed crust and now bacon stuffed crust, I truly respect your innovation in the pizza game. This Pizza Hut location has always provided me with delicious pizza, even though I had to wait a while for it. I did not haggle for these free pizzas, they credited my account without any problem. Bottom line is you can’t get stuffed crust anywhere else so I gotta hit the hut.

Filthy and dirty, I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this was terrible. The service was so bad I walked out. It was completely empty, as in not a single guest there. We came in and were told to sit anywhere. Took a while to get menus. Then waited and waited for a chance to put in our order. The server was just walking around at the back in the kitchen, which I could see across from my table. There was a girl walking around in the kitchen doing Lord knows what. No one came to check on us. No one seemed to care at all. Don’t go here, there are other options for wings and pizza on every other corner.

10/29/2015 I never got my delivery order! First igual all i has to call four times to have somebody pick up the phone, when they finally picked up the guy who answer asked me for all my order and detail but my address he was like: «it’s going to be deluvered in 30 mins» and then I told him«don’t you need my address?» He was like«oh yeah sorry, what is it?» So I gave it to him. I waited two hours and then called to see if they were going to deliver, the same guy answered the phone and said«it’s on it’s way» so I waited and waited. 6 hours passed and no body showed up with my order! This is very rude! They’re not taking their job serious! I didn’t eat anything because all places were close by the time I was sure they weren’t going to come and I don’t have a car since I flew in from California !!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza at 6:31PM and after waiting for almost 1.5 hours and numerous unsuccessful attempts to call the location I noticed in the email confirmation that our order will be delivered by 9:11PM. That’s ridiculous. I’m heading there now in person to cancel the order. This is terrible.

Hubby wanted pan pizza so we came here. Not usually my favorite but today was pretty good. One pizza was a veggie lovers pan and it was cooked well and had lots of toppings. Second belonged to my daughters and they split one, half garden and half salami, mushrooms and green peppers with the whole thing having a pretzel crust. To me pretzel crust seemed to be just salted regular crust but they liked it. Garden was missing the balsamic drizzle which the waitress quickly remedied. It was also missing the spinach and the second half had pepperoni which she didn’t order but didn’t mind either. Despite them not being exactly what we ordered, it was tasty and decently fast. Waitress was attentive as well despite the fact she was the only waitress I saw. When that craving for a Pizza Hut pan pizza pops up again, we will be back.

I didn’t come here expecting a a 5 star dining experience, but I did leave wishing I could go back in time and slap my good friend across the face for suggesting we eat here. Not that it’s all his fault, I had the chance to leave when we first arrived and saw the condition of this place. It took about 5 minutes for any of the staff to realize we were waiting to be seated(as we stood in front of the sign asking us to wait to be seated), so we had plenty of time to check out the most disgustingly neglected salad bar I have ever seen, as well as the general filthiness of the floor and seating areas. I failed to heed these warning signs, and when we were finally seated, a guy who we thought was our waiter brought us our drinks and a pair of menus, but then disappeared into the ‘Narnia’ which was this place’s kitchen. I call it that because no one came back out to the dining room(we were the only ones here) until about 15 minutes later when a delivery driver walked in, seemingly just returning from a pizza run. He must have noticed the look on my face, after being given 15 minutes to look at a Pizza Hut dinner menu I was pretty sure I was ready to order, to put it mildly. The delivery driver, emphasis on the«delivery driver», approached us, took our order and delivered it to the kitchen. Best experience of our visit, it was too bad he had more pizzas to deliver. 10 minutes later, Sir Edmund Levensie, brother of Lucy and Peter, escaped from the deep forests of Narnia and explained to us he had gotten caught up with something(I’m assuming an epic sword fight with the white witch) and asked if we were ready to order. He had no clue we had even ordered, but fortunately Rumblebuffin the Giant had already started on our wings and pizza, so our food arrived and our orders were correct. I give credit to the delivery driver, and would have left a tip if I had thought he would’ve seen any of it. The food was fine, I walked to the front to ask for a to-go box and was told by Sir Edmund to «give him a second», so I sat back down and gave him about 5 minutes before asking someone else. We boxed up our leftovers and walked back up to the front(gave up hope that anyone would actually bring us a check). I am not exaggerating when I say it took us at least 10 minutes to pay and leave. Sir Edmund seemed to be having a devil of a time with the cash register, I guess the guy with the«Shift Leader» title on his name tag isn’t supposed to be familiar with the device they use for literally every transaction this restaurant makes. The entire time we’re waiting, most of the staff(not all), just kind of lounged around on cell phones, joking and laughing, making me feel uncomfortable with their lack of professionalism just to put the icing on the cake. Eventually, Edmund gave up on the cash register and, no joke, brought out a piece of paper and a calculator, and came up with a total which I am very sure was at least a dollar more than we owed, but were more than happy to pay just so we could get the heck out of there. I will never dine in, take out, or order delivery from here again. Not if you payed me.

The food may be okay and typical Pizza Hut food but the service at first was not great. I have to say my first impression changed. He was very nice to us! We never heard a word from the waiter except the order repeated back to us. Salad bar was also not fresh and not very good. Edit: He put threw in extra food for us. And the food was out in less than ten minutes. Gotta say I’m impressed!

I don’t know what’s going on with this particular location. We used to get our pizza Hut pizza from the one on university and never had a problem with quality or delivery time. The last time we ordered from this location I, and my LO, had to catch a bus and were already running late waiting for the delivery. Believe they tried to call us but we were a bit busy. Today I ordered a pizza for me, my 17mo and waited past their estimated delivery time for an uncooked pizza. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and disappointed. It was obviously not fully cooked, as seen by the fact that the cheese was congealed, and the first piece I picked up, was limp. Biting into it only the very bottom was cooked and the dough between that and the toppings was extremely raw. I just tore off some crust for the LO, yes the once every 2 – 3 months I have pizza since he was 11 mo he can have some pizza if he wants, and threw the rest in the oven. We live less than a 15 min drive from this location and it took an hour and twenty minutes to receive a partially cooked pizza. After pulling the pieces out, the middle is still partially uncooked and almost a complete waste of money. In fact now that I’m not as hungry, and I’m looking at the piece that didn’t go in my oven compared to the ones that did, even the toppings look uncooked. Why even call the location? I’ve seen other reviews stating this location doesn’t answer the phone and honestly I shouldn’t have to tell a pizza place how to tell if a pizza is cooked or not.

I’m not really sure what all the one star reviews are about but I will preface my review by saying that I always order online and pick up my pizza on the way home from work. Also, I’ve never ordered anything else besides pizza. I shamelessly love Pizza Hut — it’s my favorite fast food pizza place. The pizza is always ready by the time I arrive and it’s exactly what I ordered. I also really like the new sriracha honey drizzle(but I always get it on the side, not as a drizzle).

Okay so I’m a little embarrassed that I’m reviewing this but sheesh, don’t go here. We were starving and it was Sunday night and this place was relatively close to our house — don’t judge. Anyways, the food was not great it tasted like the pizza was far from fresh. The cheese sticks were delicious, though so at least they have that going for them. We ordered online and the pick up took 15 minutes when there were about 2 other people in the restaurant. The shotty décor included uneven frames from 2006 boasting about their wing sauce and peeling paint. I didn’t see the sanitation score posted but something tells me if I had, I would have walked out then and there. I don’t even want to think of what the salad bar looked like. This experience was all around SKETCH(emphasis on the capitalization) — not that we expected fine dining but yeah, do yourself a favor and head to Sal’s or Papa John’s down the street. Much safer bet for good service and fresh, tasty food.
