Love this place! Such a perfect date night and wonderful mixed signature drinks that our awesome waitor recommended. Hostess was very polite and gave us a great booth to sit in. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides goes perfect with them. Great staff. manager checked by to make sure tables were doing good thats what im talking about !! Will come back and recommend any one to come to this location.

When my group walked in, the hostess grabbed two menus and asked us to follow her. She didn’t ask how many were in the group. So, I told her we needed a spot for four and she took us to the tiniest table you’ve ever seen. My husband is 6’8″ and could clearly use some leg room. We were then shown to a table directly below the air-conditioning and told it would be freezing there. So, we finally asked our server to move us. Fourth time is a charm, I guess. Our meals and appetizers were appetizers were all correct, served warm and tasted good. I would give four stars except for the weird table-shuffling we were forced into at the beginning.

This particular franchise is much worse than others. The food is too salty, their steaks taste like grass. The waiters almost never showed up after taking the order, we had to wait forever to ask for a cup of water. Our bill was way to expensive and I regret coming to this place.

Went in this week to have a celebratory dinner with some friends and got outstanding service, great drinks, and an amazing meal! I’m a very picky eater and I want my steaks cooked exactly the way I want and they did it for me on the first try! I will definitely be going back in the near future. Our servers name was Mike and if you have the option, he is great! Keep up the good work :)

Love that Outback serves lunch! However, for them to not be very busy, service was kind of slow. There are lots of choices for food & I was so happy there are mix & match combo choices. I went with the loaded baked potato soup & rib eye sandwich. My waiter was also the bartender, so he was quite busy, but he was friendly. My bowl of soup was super small(disappointment), but the half sandwich was a good size. Temperature & taste were perfect. Pricing for the lunch menu is reasonable & there’s plenty of parking.

Very dimmed lit restaurant. For appetizer we ordered the wings which were excellent… but unfortunately that’s where that ended. Our main courses were very mediocre we ordered 2 sirloin steaks and 2 teriyaki filet skewers. First of all the not all the meats were cooked to our order and when we sent them back the delay was huge and our side orders were missing. So the general service from the part of the waitress was good but quality of food was very poor. Definitely not be visiting again ever!

Sorry Outback, you deserve this to be told. We waited 40 minutes for a table. We waited another 30 minutes for a shrimp appetizer and bread. Finally we got to order our entrees, my guest had 5oz steak and shrimp and I had 9oz steak and lobster. We ordered side salads which were really good. 20 minutes after that our steaks came;tough, well well. We couldn’t even cut the meat. We ordered medium well, little pink in the middle. Well after we ate our sides the steaks came they had to re-cook. Ridiculous! The Manager almost did his job right, if you call bringing out new steaks, suppose to please his customers with a $ 60 meal ticket, that wasn’t discounted at all. I know I’m not going back if they consider this normal.

We arrived at 7 pm on a Tuesday, and were seated right away. We got the bloomin petals and coconut shrimp to start. Petals are a great alternative to the blooming onion, we never eat half of one of the onions. Coconut shrimp was delicious as always. I got a 10 ribeye, rare, and my husband got the chicken and ribs combo. My steak came out fatty(what I wanted,) seasoned and perfectly cooked. Husband’s ribs were falling-apart-tender and yummy. Best part was the service. Mike was great. Prompt, attentive without interfering. Better service than I’ve had in much more expensive restaurants.

Had the chicken parm and wifey had the sirloin. Went for the ‘no worries Sunday’, the 3 course meal for 12.99. Good food and good service. This location is a lot more consistent than the Creedmoor Rd location in Raleigh.

Tried the 12.993 course meal they have in Sunday’s. Outback sirloin was tough and even hard to cut. Salad, potato and bread were all good though. Dessert was good we had the key lime parfait and carrot cake. Our waitress was very good and attentive.

I have mixed feeling about this location. We’ve had good food and we have walked out without eating what we were served. I will say that the manager did a great job the day we walked out. I have worked food service for over 15 years and I have high standards. When I told the manager why we were leaving they comped the food and gave us gift certificates asking us to give them another chance. We did and I had a great ribeye steak on our return visit. He had an amazing server on one of our visits and he made our night. Make sure to try the steak house mac and cheese.

Ordered a porterhouse medium rare. When it came out it was medium well. The second time it came out it was completely rare. My friend got shrimp and they came out stone cold. On a positive note the service was good. Very disappointed that a steakhouse can not cook a steak to the proper temperature the first time.

Quality of steaks has dwindled recently. Service is always lacking as servers seem to be overwhelmed. Blooming Onion is still really good. We will most likely avoid going again in the future.

Waitress was very attentive and nice. Only redeeming part of this experience. Boyfriend and I split a few dishes and both ended up with bad food poisoning. NOT okay. I will never go back to this place.

Went here last night for dinner and it’ll be the lady night. The greeter sat is down at a table that still wasn’t clean, then the waiter took his sweet time to greet us, and then forgot to bring one of our drinks. I tried the firecracker salmon which was alright but i felt it was a very small cut. The salmon wasn’t delicate and took some force to cut it.

This particular location is in slow decline. There were four of us for dinner and all of us have been here before with inconsistent service and food quality. This was the last time we will dine at this location. We sat in the bar at a booth for four. Ordered drinks and an appetizer. It took a long time to get the drinks, but they were busy. We ordered steaks and salads to start. Nothing complicated. The steaks arrived. Still no salad and no bread. They took the steaks back and apologized and assured us that we would have fresh steaks after our salads. Manager came by to apologize. Salads came. Still no bread. Manager came back and apologized. Then brought bread. Steaks came. Clearly they had been left under warmer but we were hungry and they were passable. But not fresh. Potatoes were old and brown inside. They replaced them. More apologies. No dessert. Many apologies and a less than mediocre food. $ 88. No offer of a discount or any other consideration. The managers were friendly, however there needs to be a serious re-accomplishment of training at this location.
