I lived here for 2 years(two separate leases.) moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 square feet. Moved into a broken apartment. My bolt lock was hanging off the door frame, door handle was also broken. I had broken glass on the floor, ketchup packets in sink and seeds and stems left on the counters. Not to mention weird red/brown sauce smeared all Over the walls. Broken blinds/all the windows were broken. My fridge/freezer was broken(would heat up not get cold) My ac unit leaked water. And the toilet in the master bedroom was broken. Leasing manager would not move me, bc she said she personally made sure the cleaning company had come. Rachel in the office backed up the main leading lady. I ended up having to take pictures and saving everything, made a copy of my move in file. And took pictures of all the broken stuff. 2 years later, I was promised by Annette in the office when I re-signed my lease for 2nd lease everything would be fixed. The office«lost my move in file» And Annette quit. My freezer, front door and toilet were the only things to be fixed. And I had to raise he11. If you move into 1811 I know there is still water damage and mold. The apartment had to conduct an air quality test– Nina nor the new guy Chris in the office gave me the results of. Called months later and they said«oh I mean some mold showed up but it’s normal.» Ok is it normal that your ac leaks water to the point where the people Below you had actual water coming in their unit? All I have to say if your going to pay almost 1,000 to live somewhere when it’s all said and done(community monthly fees added on to rent) it’s not worth it. The people in the office Nina, Rachel and Chris are rude, don’t do their jobs and gripe when you call them out. Nina didn’t want to accept my copy of the move in sheet. I actually had to get advice and ask for a layer to mediate my move out. Of course Nina took my move in file after that. I cannot stress enough don’t get sucked into paying for rent here. Trust me you could rent a nicer place in chapel hill, or across from South point. Those apartments are cheaper and newer.

You need more than ONE staff person in your office. Long wait times(over 30 minutes) equals zero value for customers. Your staff member was VERY professional &COURTEOUS.

The rent is far to high for the outdated apartments. It’s priced to compete with the newer apartments, but the apartments are very dated, 1980’s dated.

This used to be a nice, gated apartment community, but in the past several years things seem to have gone to the dogs. The worst is the garbage issue there. Because convenient garbage disposal is not offered at Mission University Pines, tenants often place bags of garbage on the back of their cars to take to dumpster; but often they forget, exit the back way, and dump their debris along Larchmont Road. It’s terribly unsightly, smelly, and irresponsible.
