OK in a pinch, but the bad reviews are spot on. The location is in dire need of an update — the drive-thru order screen is straight outta 20 years ago — and the staffing levels need to be substantially increased. Service is friendly but takes forever.

The absolute worst McDonald’s ever. I thought McDonald’s at least had standards. I went through the drive thru and they told me to wait in the reserve parking spot. I waited there for 40 minutes(was watching the Seahawks game and lost track of time. I could clearly see that there were cars behind me that were getting served, but for whatever reason I wasn’t getting served. I watched two associates go on break at the same time then leave at the same time. I ended up leaving without my food. I can’t believe they were allowed to go to break on the same time. Let alone leave. Watching two employees leave at the same time while I’m waiting for my food in my car. This is by far the worst service I have ever had. How this restaurant hasn’t been shut down is ridiculous. That’s not even counting the attitude of the employees. They are constantly rude and unhelpful. They never tell you your total. I get that you may dislike your job but you should still do it or the managers should correct their employees on this. Another thing is this is supposed to be a 24 hour McDonald’s. I work really early in the morning(4am). Every time I’ve gone there past 11 they’ve been shut. Lights are on and make it seem like someone’s there but if you look in there isn’t anyone in there. Once I came there at about 1am and saw an employee locking up. He looked back and saw me then pretended he didn’t see me. He continued to lock up and left. This McDonald’s has been terrible and I have been going there for a year since it’s the most convenient for me. Now I will no longer be going. This poor excuse for a fast food restaurant should be shut down as it has not gotten better or shown any signs of improvement.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to! Getting breakfast is a shot in the dark. When I do go there it is the same time every morning. Sometimes they are serving breakfast sometimes they are not.

12:30 am, all the interior lights are on, all the signs are illuminated, the drive thru menu is illuminated, and the ordering screen is displaying a welcoming message. And yet the restaurant is apparently closed. I waited in the drive through for a couple minutes and then honked at the drive thru window, with no results. Other fast food joints have no problems turning the lights off when they’re closed. Even other McDonald’s in the area do this.

Rude much? I understand you may not like your job but you shouldn’t ever treat customers badly. No greeting and no total today. I thought McDonald’s was supposed to have a standard. This location gets two stars instead of one because my food is hot. Thanks a lot!

I have never, over the course of three years, been to this McDonalds when the ice cream machine was not broken. I asked if it ever works, and was told no.

McDonald’s is never my first choice of a place to eat, but earlier this year I would stop in at this location every few months for a treat breakfast before work. My last visit was a few months back, but I was passing by recently and was reminded of their pleasant service. For breakfast, I would always get a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle and either a small OJ or small Coke(for days of pure exhaustion). It can be slow depending upon the time of you day you pass through, but I’ve never had a problem with an erroneous order and the care from their service is always super. Just like my other visits, I was sent along my way with a parting smile and a wish to «have a phenomenal day!» I don’t visit McDonald’s often at all, but I’ve never encountered that greeting at any other location so the management at this location must be doing something well with his or her employees.

«Jack»(the review at the bottom of the page) was not the only one with that kind of problem with this McDonalds. For me it was about their«McCafe» line of hot coffee drinks that I love so much and I went there about 4 – 5 different times over the course of 3 or so weeks and every single time the conversation at the drive thru was the same: «Hi, can I please get a medium café mocha?» «Sorry, the coffee machine isn’t working…» At least they usually included the word«Sorry», my wife once went through there and asked if she could order a vanilla shake and the response she got was simply«No»…with no explanation. I have to guess that with having to add whipped cream and drizzles of syrup to the coffee drinks, the employees consider it too much work to go through for their customers. In short, I would sum up this particular McDonald’s in one word…“LAZY”.

SOSLOW!!! I had read Jack K.‘s review and should have listened. But no, I’m a glutton for punishment. It was busy but there seemed to be more than enough people behind the counter. I guess that in the future, they might want to go for quality over quantity since no one was getting anything done. Ordered a fruit/walnut/yogurt salad but they were out of them. Opted instead for an unsweet tea. Got out to the car and realized is was sweet tea. Very sweet tea… Went back in and the server attempted to get me a new one but ran into trouble with poorly marked tea dispensers. On a positive note, the bathrooms weren’t disgusting. We’ll make sure we don’t stop here in the future…

Fail. I do not want to sound petty, but this place is run terribly. My kids enjoy Mcflurries after dinner from time to time. I kid you not, whenever we go there after dinner more often than not, their ice cream machine is «broken». OK I understand that things can break down, but 3 different times in a row. In a row I mean not 3 days in a row, just 3 random visits in a row. I believe they were about two to three weeks in between the visits. And its not like I went there at 9pm or close to their closing time. The visits were between 7:30 and 8pm. I called their number for«customer comments», but of course I got the recording and left a message and no one ever called me back. I realize that its just ice cream, but its annoying driving there just to be told their machine is «down». In fact, I even got their phone number so I can call before I drive to the McD’s but again no one picks up the phone. WTF? I have decided to get our kids’ sugar fix by going to the chick fil a just down the road. For some reason their milk shake machine has not been«down» not once so far:)
