Jordan Plumbing and Piping

We had a broken drain pipe in our crawl space causing a terrible odor in our house. I called Jordan Plumbing on a Sunday to schedule an appointment for Monday. They came out and fixed the problem and give me free advice to fix a clogged foundation drain on my own.

Plumber came out to my house within an hour of me calling them. Not to mention it was a holiday, as well as, weather forecasting snow and ice. I was very impressed with the service we received.

I called and requested a quote from a number of Plumbing Companies around the triangle. The larger companies took a summary of the problem and stated that they would call me back shortly with an estimate. When I called Jordan Plumbing I expected the same. To my surprise, Mr. Jordan stated that he was in the area and swing by to assess the problem and give an accurate estimate at that time. Mr. Jordan arrived around 5:30pm, which allowed me time to get home without leaving work early. I showed him the kitchen and the piping and left him alone from there. 15 minutes later, he stated that the connection from my faucet to the pipe had corroded and needed to be replaced before the leaking caused further damage. He stated that I had hard water, which was causing all the corroding and suggested a number of water softeners to try to fit my budget. I was given a lower than expected estimate, a start date and time. AND asked if I wanted to personally pick out my faucet, which he would pick up or if I would like him to use a generic. That evening I looked at different faucets online. I sent Mr. Jordan the style I wanted.
The next day Mr. Jordan returned at a time that fit my scheduled, again no time taken from my job. He had picked up the correct faucet, laid down a towel /​blanket as to not make a mess of my hardwood floors. At that point I left him to his job. Upon completion he called me into the kitchen the area and my sink was completely clean and looked brand new. He took less time than he thought and I wrote a check for less than the quote. I was very happy. The cleanliness and professionalism was a HUGE factor to me. As I have had to mop for the door to toilet behind a previous plumber and he stayed half the day just to fix a clog. This was a new and very pleasant experience for me and I will use Jordan Plumbing again.
