I got a call yesterday evening from one of the owners of Marshall’s. He was very apologetic about the recent experience I had with Marshall’s and assured me that isn’t the way they normally do business. He even offered to refund my money. I very much appreciate the way he handled/​resolved the situation and would consider giving Marshall’s another chance in the future when I need a locksmith.

Chris had to come over to re-​key the house last minute.
Extremely professional and polite. Can’t say enough about
the great service we received from Marshall’s. They even
called back the next day to make sure that everything was
working as expected!

65 dollars for 2 keys? simple keys? No chips in the keys, nothing special? The dealership (honda team powersports) charges me 12 bucks a key! The only reason i did not go there this time is that they were out of key blanks for the type of key I needed. NEVER AGAIN!
In there defence I should have asked for the price before I had them cut the keys. But I figured hey, how much more than a dealership can they charge! That was an expensive lesson.
My 2 cents? Dont wast your time. Go to the dealer, or walmart, or anywhere. Avoid that place if you can!

It’s a rare treat to find a company like Marshall’s. Unlike most fly-​by-​night locksmiths, this company has knowledgeable people who will take the time to explain things right. I was shopping for locks for my house, and Marshall’s stood above the rest as the kind of company that wants to build long-​term relationships with its customers. I absolutely, wholeheartedly and completely recommend Marshall’s to anyone looking to purchase home or business security products and services.
