The chef salad is really good. As is the roast beef and cheddar. Honeybaked provided lunch daily for me and all the other girls at the program I’m in. I have yet to be disappointed. Very good food.

I worked at this location for 3 years. I left about one year ago after I graduated from college. It has been about that long since I have been able to get back. I did everything in the store, from customer service to catering. The only thing I did not actually do was glaze the hams. This was the worst experience I have ever had in the store and I was the customer this time. I went in for a pound of ham, a pound of turkey, and a couple of sandwiches. There was no turkey breast portions in the sandwich cart. The ladies who were in the front had clearly had very little training. The woman who was on the phones actually came to the front to ask which one of the turkey breasts had the honey glaze them, the roasted or the smoked. The other lady told her the smoked. I had to say, «No, both of the turkey breasts have the glaze. Though they can ask for no glaze if that’s what they want.» Then I walked over, with my mother, to the sandwich cart to tell the salesperson how exactly I wanted my sandwich. That is when I was told that there were no turkey portions. The other two ladies in the front were walking around in circles. The general manager was called out and then went back into the back, The lady from the phones came out of the back and told the sandwich lady that the manager had said there was no more roasted turkey. This upset me because we had just bought some roasted turkey. The lady making our sandwiches went into the back to check, mainly because she knew that there was plenty of roasted turkey breasts in the fridge. The manager then came in asking me «What’s the problem? Why are you so upset?» I said it’s because we were just told that there was no more turkey and we just purchased a pound of roasted turkey, so how is there no more turkey? The manager, Dana, then very sarcastically and rudely said, «Well, this girl is a seasonal. She doesn’t know what she’s saying. She made a mistake.» I can understand that, but there was no reason for the manager to be so rude, either to me, or about her workers, especially since it has to be the manager’s fault, because she has obviously not trained her staff. Then Dana, the manager, made the lady making our sandwiches go back to the register and sent another worker to help finish our sandwiches. The lady who came over apparently has never made a sandwich in her life. Our sandwiches were pretty much already done, we were just waiting for the roasted turkey portions. The woman would not listen to me either. I had to tell her, not exaggerating, 4 times that I did not want lettuce or tomato and that all she had to do was put the turkey on my sandwich and it would be done. She got a little upset with me, because I was getting frustrated with her from having to repeat my self 4 times. Then she moved onto my mother’s sandwich. My mother said that she wanted provolone cheese on her sandwich, not swiss. The lady then said, «I think that I put provolone on there. You can take the sandwich apart when I give it to you to make sure.» We were not greeted when we walked in. And, like I said, I worked there since 2011. I did not hear anything about the ham or turkey, like how long it will keep in the fridge, no attributes, such as anything about the glaze or the spiral cut. I heard nothing that the secret shoppers are supposed to listen for. I understand that it wasn’t Thanksgiving Day or anything, but this is the time for practicing. I cannot understand why a company would fire someone like the man who trained me, David Hardin, and hired this Dana lady. I am really happy that I left when I did, because she was hired just a few weeks after I left. After going to the store today, i completely understand why there are so many bad reviews in the past year.

We ordered catering for a business meeting. The menu looked pretty good and we were really anticipating a great lunch. Unfortunately, service left a lot to be desired. To start, the delivery driver arrived outside of the 30 minute window. I called the store(spoke to Dana, the catering manager) at the 15 minute mark, but she did not seem worried and assured me the driver was on his way. Once the driver finally arrived, he didn’t bother to set up one single thing. Instead, he stood there holding the bags and watched us(the customer) set up EVERYTHING ourselves. As well, he brought no serving utensils… no tongs, no large spoons, nothing! Were we expected to shove our hands into the salad bowl and pull out what we deem to be a suitable portion!!! HoneyBaked Ham has definitely missed the mark with their catering service. There are much better catering options in the area. We will not use them again.

Stopped in just now to redeem a BOGO coupon for one of their delicious ham sandwiches and found out they have about 70 hambones in the freezer left over from Easter to sell. These babies still have lots of meat on them so great for making beans, soup or even little sammies. Best thing, BOGO on them too & no coupon needed! Did I say it’s just $ 2.29 a pound? Well, yes, it is! Hurry before they’re all gone!

Shopped for years here during Xmas. THIS time, ham was dry and I returned it. Unthinkable in years past. One thing I could count on. Not so much now. What’s worse, Honeybaked wouldn’t accept tweets and comments to website in VA have yet to receive response… I only hear crickets– nothing. Forget the hype.

First time actually getting a Honeybaked product on my own. My mother has been buying Honeybaked Hams for years and I’ve always enjoyed them. So when my girlfriend and I decided it made more sense to buy a turkey breast from them rather than make a whole turkey for two people we went to Honeybaked ham. Ordering online was pretty easy and the pick-up went smoothly, too. I’ll definitely be back for future holidays.

I got a coupon in the mail from HoneyBaked Ham so I went to try the sandwich. I ordered the Ham Classic sandwich combo with chips & canned drink for $ 5.99. My first impression is that HoneyBaked Ham just did business as catering for local businesses and sells turkeys & hams for the holidays. I now know they sell all year around and they do offer ham, turkey, roast beef, Ham salad, chicken salad, and BBQ pork roast &BBQ ribs. Service was a bit slow for one person behind the counter and one in line ahead of me. The sandwich was decent. The store did have dried bean soups, mustard, BBQ sauce and salsa for sale on the shelves. Food C Staff C Décor C Location B Health Inspection Grade 99.5

Being in the South, it is tradition and a huge treat to get a ham or turkey breast for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. My parents came here for Thanksgiving and I heard that they set up a tent in the parking lot and ushered people in and out with their haaams. We came today, Christmas Eve it was not nearly as expensive. We placed an order online for a ham and turkey breast and if you buy a ham, the turkey is only $ 19.99. They had samples of smoked turkey up front and it really tastes like ham! The people at the counter were super friendly and although we forgot our $ 5 coupon, she was soooo nice to go to other registers and get one for us. My parents said that she(sorry not to know your name) hooked them up for T-giving too and that she was really nice. It gets super crowded and people are parked on the grass and sides off the main parking lot, which isn’t really big. Anyway, I can’t wait to eat the turkey breast tonight and the ham tomorrow for Christmas! P. S. they are closed on Sundays.
