Update — adding a star and this comment. Manager left a message after this with an apology and a free matching order on my next visit. I appreciate the customer service. Figured it was better to update than delete. I think it’s fair to say customers can count on the manager there to be responsive. The kids like to order from Dominos because of Pete the Pizzamaker which tracks our order. Today, we watched Pete move our pizza from the oven to «Quality Control» where it sat for 27 minutes losing whatever minimal quality it might have once had. Called the store… rude…explained that delivery was running 45 mins to an hour. No indication before then and no history(probably 2 dozen orders over a couple years) that it would take twice as long as it ever had before. And why have an online function that«shows» your pizza getting soggier and soggier sitting in a box. If it’s going to sit 25 minutes, why not make it a little later. But the real thing is that Dominos can’t take an hour to get a pizza out for delivery. If we wanted to wait an hour we’d have called the Pizza place nearby instead of the Pizza machine for some stamped out crap. Have only had problems with this store a few times, and in the past the folks at the store were apologetic and helpful. Even that would have gone a long way to a better experience. Store probably under new management as it was clear they were heady with the Sunday afternoon order volume success.

I carried out and the employees are courteous and cheerful. However, the pizza was NOT as we ordered it online. We ordered extra cheese and extra sauce, but it seems they put the regular amount of both. Also, the chicken wings were kind of small.
