The manager was extremely rude and her staff was even more disgraceful, the food was sloppy, it is fast food (I know), but a prime steak from Ruth’s Chris served on a trash can lid would’ve been more appealing than what I was given.
The attitudes of the staff were just really disgusting.
I will literally NEVER GO BACK, and wouldn’t send my worst enemy there either.
Clean it up!

This Burger King is really slow on service. Also, when I asked for the medium Cherry-​Icee with my combo meal (something I have asked for and received at every other BK), I was told that I could not substitute the Icee for a soda and that I would have to pay extra. When I went to the window to pick up my food, I was told the Manager does that to increase the profits at that BK.

Pro-​tip: if you are the only fast food place by a college campus, don’t drive away your frequent student guests.
I would absolutely give them zero. stars if I could. Apparently dining here twice on the same day warrants a manager calling the police to surround your car and tell you to leave. I called corporate later as well as the store and was offered a weak apology at best by a shift manager. She said that the store manager was nervous as other stores have been robbed and I parked near a manager’s truck.
They’ve lost my business and I bought a meal plan.
