Let me start out by saying that I’m ex-​military and I moved a lot and seen more than my fair share of doctors. Dr. Jordan Loftis is incredibly knowledgeable and instantly put me at ease. While I’m very impressed with my doctor, the exceptional thing about this practice is the staff. They’re polite, friendly, and they follow-​up. They also went to the mat with my insurance company (who is the worst vortex of transferred calls in the history of man kind) to get a prescription I needed covered.
Yes good doctors may have wait times, but I almost always get an appointment the same day and I’ve never experienced any excessive wait times. Bottom line, these folks are awesome.

I have used one of the doctors at LPFM and love her, and friends have really been impressed. I will say that the office can get a bit behind — doctors take the time needed by their patients, so can get backed up a bit on schedules. But that’s the price you pay for an attentive physician.

Very disappointed with the NP I saw. I’ll keep going to my Dr & NP near Denver whom I’ve been going to for almost a decade.

Heard from a friend this was a very good but large (busy) practice. What is so unusual and quite incredible is there are somewhere around 8 doctors here and only one midlevel. I was able to get in to see an MD the following day and turned out to be one of the best docs I’ve seen in years. They work efficiently but never ignore any health concerns and are more attentive than other medical practices.
On a side note, I have heard that practices in Durango are VERY intolerant of drug-​seeking patients. My theory is there just aren’t enough doctors in this town to handle the unnecessary office visits for drug-​seeking patients to get their ‘fix’. Personally I think that’s a good thing but that does mean those with legitimate needs may feel frustrated with treatment. That’s the price we pay to have a community overall much better off with no outlet for drug-​seekers to go to.

Couldn’t be a worse family practice on the planet. I ignored the online comments and paid the price. You will be nothing but sorry. As toxic as a business can get. Find anybody and I mean ANYBODY to provide your healthcare other than those involved in this horrendous practice.
