At the start of this year I was not a Hertz customer, because I thought they were way overpriced.
Then on a chilly snowy night after my flight was cancelled, causing me to arrive in Durango at midnight I arrived to find myself stranded by another rental company. I was tired, grouchy and downright frantic as I didn’t know what to do.
Hertz saved me. An amazing rate with great guys who really put me at ease. I have rented with them ever since. Hertz the team in Durango got you a loyal customer!

customer service is horrible… I have placed 5 calls in the past two days to their office during regular business hours, and no answer! how is that even possible !
