This is for the Dunwoody location. I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment to spray tan. They said no — just show up.
I get there (6:30pm) and the girl at the counter tells me ‘it will be a few moments’.
There was one other person being helped and as another reviewer wrote, she was being given the big ‘up sell’. It probably didn’t help that I walked in carrying a coupon either.
At any rate, my presence was ignored for the next 10 minutes as the counter girl walked out from behind the counter to go over every possible option with the person in front of me. It was as if I was invisible… I started thinking I could be halfway through my session if she would just give me the time of day.
Finally I walked out — she was right next to me the whole time, but I don’t think she noticed (or cared).
I feel bad for that franchise, they had a marketing campaign, I saw it, I printed the coupon and went to the location… just poor execution by the girl working there.

Just called this morning to find out about the groupon! The girl who answered the phone was so sweet, kind, and informative. I wish all businesses had customer service like she represented! I can’t wait to go get my tan on:))

I like this location the staff is nice and the beds are too. It is overpriced but they do have deals that go on that make it worth it.

Love all the girls that work at the sandy springs location. They are always so sweet when I come in.
Also the prices are reasonable for monthly packages. I’m not one to splurge on tanning so this place was great for me.
Def would recommend.

The salons okay, you can tan in there basic bed for $ 29 a month. The starting fee was ridiculous, the groupon was kind of misleading because even with the $ 30 I spent $ 90 after. Other than that I didn’t have complaints.
but they are super pushy on getting you to upgrade/buy product. I sometimes dreaded going in there because I knew they were going to be trying to get me to buy something.
