I’ve gone to this location a couple of times and its very disappointing. The customer service is very lack luster and unappealing. Example, no one speaks or greets you upon entering the store. Its takes more than a few minutes to be noticed when trying to sell items to the store when there are reps seemingly available. If they choose to buy your items its always considerably lower than what they are worth. Example, I was selling a pair of my sons sneakers that are $ 35. He wore them 2x(because we accidentally left them out of town for a couple months) and they were in excellent condition. Kid to Kid reps tried to purchase them from me for $ 5 along with two pair of casual slacks that were in great condition as well. That is terrible. When you decline on their offer… the girl literally said“OK” and walked off. I’m like«um I need a bag or something.» She slapped the bag on the counter and turned away from me. Why so angry! I’ve sold tons of items to organizations as well as given to charity so I am pretty accustomed to what is acceptable and what is invaluable. I just believe a business should not promote buying and selling if are more interested in selling vs.buying. There are better consignment shops in Atlanta to catch a deal. Don’t waste your time here.
