Gymboree Store

Located inside Perimeter Mall on the lower level (at Unilocal time).
One of my friends is about to be a grandmother and so that has me shopping for baby items. I had a coupon to get 50% off regular priced items and 30% off sale items. CH-​CHING!
Not a lot of staff, there were only two people working on a busy Saturday afternoon, where they are a.) having a sale and b.) having a coupon promotion. whew… took me over 10 minutes to get a sales person to help me. as they were both ringing up customers and telling the rest of us, they would be right with us. Pleasantly so, however
I finally got help and the lady was helpful in helping me determine, what sizes a newborn really needs and how long he/​she will actually wear the newborn pieces. Didnt feel pressured to help and while the store was experiencing robust shopping, she was attentive to me and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store at that time
Got to the register and only one person was able to give me the coupon discount, so I had to wait for her to finish with another customer.
Got home to find out, she didnt ring the coupon up right. She gave me 30% off on the regular priced item and no discount for the sale items.
I called the store and was told, that I would have to come in to have the problem corrected and refunded back to my card, there was no way for them to do it over the phone. Went back, at closing on a Monday nite, only to realize that I had left my card in the car… the manager on duty told me she would hold the store open until I went and got the card out the car. I thought this was very nice as I did walk in the door with less than a minute to spare at closing time
Great customer service, just needs more staff!
