Flats at Perimeter Gardens

We’ve lived here for a little over a month. The staff has been fantastic with every request we’ve had. When we first moved in, there were a couple of little issues that needed to be fixed. We made one call to the leasing office. Boom. All of our issues were addressed and fixed within 24 hours.
I’ll update if anything changes, but for now, I highly recommend this place. Staff and maintenance are all top notch.

The trash is a mess! No wonder I have so many gnats in my apartment! The past couple weeks have really been bad.

Huge crime problem at these apartments. Management is incompetent and could care less, they lie about the severity of the problem and what they are doing to help fix it. My girlfriend’s car has been smashed into while parked inside the parking deck, later that year my motorcycle that was chained to the concrete pillars was also stolen.
I have complained vehemently that security is an issue. They lied to my face saying they have security there every weekend night (first they actually said every night but quickly corrected themselves). The real truth is they only hire security immediately after an incident occurs, then after a little time goes by you don’t see them anymore. I have gone out to the parking deck late at night during weekends as well as weeknights and walked around the apartment and there is no security to be found, it’s a free for all out there. The only security is one camera pointed at the gate (the gate that lets 5 cars in at once) and one pointed at their precious dumpster.
As I write this another persons motorcycle has been stolen, there is constantly glass in the parking deck from cars being broken into, as well as notices of apartment break ins. I won’t be surprised if I go out to my car one morning and the wheels are gone. The management cares less about you, your things, or your safety, all they want to do is collect your ever increasing rent!

Amli Perimeter Gardens has outstanding customer service. I called this morning with a list of items I needed worked on, standard things. They completed everything before I even got off work. I am glad to call this place home. I would recommend them to anyone.

I agree with lots of the things that are said about this residency, that is until you moved out! They aren’t as understanding or friendly as they were at the beginning. Beware they will charge you everything they can under the sun. Very factual and to the point, two words-​cold heart! Even if your situations explain why you can’t and tried your best to be compilable to their rules. I don’t care for the charges of the wear and tear of the place, but come on charging someone for something they didn’t do… that out of hand and rightfully wrong! Especially, when there is more than one person being held accountable for it!
