Broadstone Dunwoody

Absolutely not worth the money it is under new management and now called dunwoody village and has gotten worse. They rent is high for no reason and the staff in the office is completely unprofessional. I don’t know who is in charge of the hiring but they need a better vetting system!

I wish I could have given them half or ¼ of star. This place SUCKS… DO NOT MOVE IN… Except the leasing office — NOTHING is nice. IT IS JUNGLE… Horrible Place!!! I had bitten by neighbor dog here on property — Management didn’t do crap — no action taken — Still you will have dogs running around without leash. Not only that — they moved a family or person with dog next door to us… It is like F. YOU… — Their so call Laundry place sucks… it stinks… you have to PAY for your laundry — you have to buy $ 5 card and then put money on it… The card machine is only in Leasing office so if you were to go do your laundry at night or when office is close — and you DO NOT have card or forgot to recharge, you are SOL… The trash area is so bad that every one just simply tosses garbage out of their car and it is next to pool, tennis court, community hall and laundry. There are tress all around your apartment building — IT DOESN’T MATTER which building you chose — therefor you will not have enough natural Sun light — your apartment is dark like you are in dungeon. You have to have lights on even in afternoon — clear sky. Bugs (Spiders, black and red ants, flies, cockroaches etc) are all over your place. They are in your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, leaving room. Pat policy is out the door — it has NEVER BEEN ENFORCED. My wife, I and my 6 years old daughter went almost in depression because of this crappy place… The minute you go out, in sun light — it feels so good… fresh air… fresh light — fresh everything — here NOTHING LIKE THAT… If you have kids or not, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE… DO NOT COME AND MAKE THIS PLACE AS YOUR HOME… GABLES SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SELF TO GIVE THEIR PRESTIGIOUS NAME TO THESE CRAPPY PLACE…

I wish I didn’t have to give them a star at all because they don’t even deserve that one little star. From the time we have signed we have had issues with this HORRIBLE PLACE!!! We have had ants invade our apartment, squirrels in the walls and in the attic and the walls in my apartment have cracks in the in ALL of the rooms! The paint has been pilling off the tubs for weeks now!!! We have pee stains ins the ceiling from the squirrels! It took them an entire month to send someone out to attempt to get the squirrels out of the walls!!! We have had plumbing issues and our water heater busted and flooded the apartment under us!!! We came in with a dish from direct tv (which management approved) and because they (management) didn’t want the apartments to have them anymore they took them up, but left the ones in the town home area! I dare not forget to mention the heat!!! This stupid thermostat was so jacked up and it kept blowing cold air!!! They take forever to fix a problem and then have a nerve to catch attitudes with their tenants!!! Not to forget about the mold and mildew problems!!! I hate this place and the only reason we are here is because we ran short on time looking for a new apartment and the following year I was pregnant! I regret staying here for this second year!!! Whatever you so stay away from this place!
