Pizza Hut

Best pizza in town! Delicious, fast and clean. Looks like they have new staff. They are very nice and look fresh clean cut. It’s good to go to a Restraurant and have clean good looking employees. I like to know people who are making my food have good hygiene.

I love the burning hot wings however I am exacerbated by the constant incorrect order; in that I order half and half which they totally ignore, scattering all ingredients across the whole order and even forgetting to add the ingredients that you order. Time to go elsewhere even though I will miss the wings and stuffed crust!!!

Unbelievably poor service! With over 400 reviews on Unilocal,this is the 7^th time I have given only 1 star. Welcome to a very exclusive club!
We went through the drive-​through at 9:35pm and ordered a pizza. We were told it would be about 10 minutes. We paid for the pizza and left a $ 3 tip. In 10 minutes we returned, and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to check on us. We were asked our name, and the girl never came back to the window. (This became a theme — no one wanted to help or ever come back to the window.)
We were ignored for 10 more minutes. We rang the bell several times. We finally had to get out of the car and wave at the window. The girl who appeared seemed confused as to why we were asking about our pizza. It has been over 25 minutes now. She said she would check on it, and never came back either.
After 5 more minutes of being ignored we called the store on the phone and asked the manager to come to the window. We asked about our pizza and asked for a refund because we felt like we were being treated so poorly. It was 30 minutes at this point from our original order.
The manager, I think his name was Jay, came back to the window with cash for a refund. That was it. No pizza, no apology, no explanation, and no offer to actually get us a pizza. When we asked if that was it – he said — «well, you asked for a refund.»
Unreal. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. After 30 minutes of waiting we had no pizza, and no hope of getting a pizza. Instead I got a refund of what I paid — minus the tip that I had left. I will admit, things got ugly at that point. Jay made no further attempt to make things right as wished as a sarcastic «have a nice day.»
This is unacceptable! The store staff needs to be completely retrained. The manager is so tone deaf to customer service that he should honestly be fired or moved back to a pizza oven where he doesn’t have to deal with people. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut if I don’t get some kind of apology and this is made right. I understand mistakes, but pathetic customer service is unforgivable.
UPDATE: My complaint to Pizza Hut corporate resulted in a completely generic form «apology» e-​mail and a promise of a coupon for my next visit. Not impressed with them either!

Generally I try to avoid eating unhealthy foods, especially those served from national chain restaurants like this one, so ordering from pizza hut was out of my normal routine. But alas, I had received a flyer in the mail for a free medium cheese pizza, so i figured «what the heck, why not give it a shot?»
I ordered online and received the pizza at my front door about 25 – 30 minutes later, not too bad at all. My total cost was $ 5 including $ 3 delivery fee and $ 2 tip. The pizza itself was decent, it arrived hot and with plenty of cheese on top. I tried the garlic dip that is included with it, but could only eat a bite or two as it was just too funky and greasy for me. The pizza was honestly fine without it.
With that being said, although I can’t say I will personally be a frequent customer here, it was decent for what it is.
