I had to go – I’m Mandy too. So I had eaten dinner at this restaurant back when it was some other restaurant — that place was good but they had some weird kid who would come up and sing to you at your table. It was totally surreal and I can only guess that’s why they went out of business. It was a moderate to nice dinner seafood and steak kind of place. Anyway I hate to see a business close down. So I was delighted to see something else had moved into the location and prayed they’d thrown the singing baby out with the bathwater.(He wasn’t a little kid, he was like 20 – 25). They have changed precisely nothing about the interior of the place. So what used to be a moderately good seafood and steak place is now a breakfast/lunch place, with the same artwork and feeling(big fish painted on the wall). It was only a bit awkward but the cheap paper cartoonish FLORIDA placemats served to make it a complete cluster — - of décor. I swear it felt like the real restaurant was still closed and squatters have opened up shop until they get caught or evicted. Anyway, the décor and weirdness aside, I had a pretty great omelette on a skillet. The Mediterranean with a boatload of spinach and feta and tomatoes. I had them hold the olives. It was very good. The coffee was passable. NOREALCREAMONLYCOFFEEMATEORMILK??? The prices were very reasonable. No oatmeal. If you can get past the gut feeling that these people broke into this fancy-ish restaurant and started selling ballpark-style food, you’ll do ok. Oh, «Mandy» looks like she’s 17, only adding to the sense that there is something twilight zonesque about this location. I’m not hating her for her age, I’m just jealous.

We have dined at Mandy’s several times recently. We have eaten both breakfast and lunch there. The burgers are fantastic! The staff is always friendly! We would definitely recommend Mandy’s for both breakfast and lunch. And don’t forget to try the half pound burgers! Yummy!
