Not friendly. Actually rather rude. Didn’t make he coffee I ordered correctly. Nice location. To bad they don’t know how to do customer service.

It was ok. The coffee was super hot and I appreciated that on a cold windy morning. We got two sandwiches which weren’t horrible, but fell a little short in the flavor department. If I was in the area again I’d probably come back just because there isn’t a ton to choose from in the Dundee area.

If you’re in a hurry, avoid the drive through here. It consistently has long lines, especially around morning commute time. I go inside to get my to-go order and always get out quickly. My experiences with the service here have been good, hence two stars. The coffee is good, as it is at Hortons everywhere. But the edibles at this location? Not so much. They often seem to be out of at least one variety of donut, usually the one I came in with a taste for. And I have had a couple(including a pumpkin spice one this morning) that were stale and/or just bland and doughy. Though I don’t think Horton’s donuts in general are the best, this franchise isn’t helping the brand at all. At least it’s giving me a great reason to quit eating donuts. That’s almost worth another star!

We usually get donuts«to go» and they are normally great. We heard how good their sandwiches were and stopped in on Sat., Oct. 24 around 4:30PM to get some. We ordered the«angus and cheese» sandwiches, which took FOREVER to make. We also wanted to try the chili, but«they were out of chili because a bus-load of 12 people had come in before us.» Twelve people? On a weekend? Big deal. At any rate, these sandwiches were unbelievably — bad. There was not a tablespoon of ground-up«angus» on them. The bread was hard and toasted. I could have eaten 10 of them to have a satisfying meal — very small. On top of that, we took ½ dozen cake donuts — the bill was $ 18. Are you kidding me? The donuts by themselves come to $ 4.50, meaning these two sandwiches were $ 6.50EACH? That’s not what the marquee behind the counter stated [$ 4.99 each] and conveniently, we were not given a receipt. This has really made me re-think going to Tim Horton’s in Dundee, although we are LOCAL.
