The worst Pizza Hut ever. Do not order from this location. The first time I ordered they messed up my entire order and gave me a vegetarian pizza instead of meat lovers. I decided to give it another try a second time, big mistake. Took them more than an hour to deliver my pizza. I had to call and ask what time it was getting delivered, they said it will be on the way in eight minutes. But it didn’t arrive till another thirty minutes later. I almost told the driver to cancel my order, but did not want to take out my frustration on him. Over all bad business/customer service. Never again.

Normal modern small pick up only/delivery only Pizza Hut. They had a special, so I ordered based on the special. The pizza wasn’t that good. I got one medium pepperoni and one medium hamburger. My friend and I both agreed it wasn’t special. It wasn’t even what I would consider good. Just ok. It was edible, but not worth repeating unless you want a good deal. The price was good, the food rather«meh». The man behind the counter seemed to be in a good mood, which is always nice.

The serviceis ridiculous I wouldn’t recomend this location to my worst enemy the driver just showed up after ordering it 2.5 hours ago I ordered a large Pepperoni stuffed crust and a bottle of coke all that showed up was a cold pizza 1 hour and 45 minutes late without the whole order the driver wants to know why he’s not getting a tip and why I no longer want the food me and my son ate Wendy’s an hour ago which was good and so was the service by the way so unless your not hungry or thirsty and you like cold pizza steer clear from these guys

I am in the service industry and I’m not going to lie, I’ve always found Unilocalers petty and ridiculous when they give bad reviews. But honestly now I see why they do it. Pizza hut really let me down. :(I’ve been ordering from this place for months now and up until today the service had been fine. They are usually a little late on delivery but today it was almost an hour. I called up just to make sure the delivery guy didn’t get lost. We are way in the back of a huge apartment complex so I would understand, what I got on the phone was less than accommodating, the lady on the phone sounded like she was pissed that I even called and said, «well your food should have been there a while ago, your name isn’t even on the screen sorry nothing I can do» well ok then guess they didn’t want my money. So now I’m sitting in wing stop where they have been very nice and quick with the wings, so I guess it isn’t all that bad :)

If there is 0 star, I will be happy to give this store! I ordered delivery online, and the man just gave me pizza, forget my drink. Then I called this store, they told me they would resent it for me. You know! I waited 2 hours to get this drink! Which just $ 3! But my cellphone which I called several time to ask the man spend more than $ 3 during this 2 hours! Poor service! The man told me 6 minutes! But it was 2 hours! You know 2 hours I could walk to this store and go back for 4 times! Is the man not human? I think he is tortoise! I will never order any Pizza Hut I promise! The worse food which let me have diarrhea! Not clean not delicious! Pricey!

I used the Pizza Hut app to order a large, thin crust pepperoni with mushrooms and diced tomatoes at 10PM on 4÷13÷2014(last night), and it was ready for pickup by 10:40PM. It was a bit of a wait for pickup, but it was a pretty good pizza. There was only one person at the counter/working in the back(it was near-closing time when I was asked to pick it up, but the pizza was fresh and worth it. The app hasn’t been updated since December 2013, and it assumed that I wanted to pay cash — that was rather annoying. Although I was able to place the order, there wasn’t some sort of tracker or explanation as to why. I guess I’ve been spoiled by Domino’s tracker ;) Removing 2 stars because I had initially waited on the phone for about 5 minutes with no answer — that’s why I went through the app — and the 40 minute wait for the pizza to be ready for carryout. I would order from this location again.

Why does your pizza taste like it has sugar in the dough? I guess the crust off the Stuffed Crust is the only like able thing here. The pizza always looks sad, without cheese and really greasy. I guess pizza chains in the south are kinda slacking, or maybe it’s this particular one. The service is pretty much slow and you can have orders missing things or not right at all, they will fix the error if you look at your pizza before you leave.

Honey! I am upset and still hungry!(Not a good combination) For your sake I’ll tell the short version. I really don’t like their customer service. I tried to call before I came and ended up on the phone on hold until I arrived(I stay about 10 min away). They didn’t even pick up the phone to greet me first before putting me on hold. When someone finally did answer I was at the drive through waiting for them to come to the window! There was one other customer inside and no one had been in the drive thru. And the person who finally came to the window said I couldn’t order from the drive-thru… Keep in mind it is a Monday and I am the only customer there… There is also no sense of urgency. At least there wasn’t for this customer. When I came in she wasn’t even paying attention to me. She even answered the phone while I was talking to her!!! I am a customer service maniac and I can’t stand going into establishments where they lack so much. And if you’re the type that calls in to the customer service line, bad news. I don’t even think there is one. I tried calling a number and they told me I have to talk to the location and talk to their manager. Ugh! All I wanted was a personal pan pizza and all I got was a whole lot of upset! Lesson learned: Either go with the Cedar Hill location from now on and remember Papa Johns is down the street as Emilio M. said.

This Pizza Hut is always unorganized. They will have you waiting longer than intended because the line in the drive thru is long. The wait is long even for a carry out. I don’t recommend this to anybody. The pizza isn’t worth the wait. Papa johns pizza is down the street from this location and the staff is so much friendlier and they are quick.

I’ll say it from the get-go, I love Pizza Hut pizza. It is probably the best(nationwide) chain there is. However, I absolutely detest this location. We have really tried to stop going there all together, considering they’ve burnt our pizza more than once, and gotten our orders wrong more than a few times. But what really got my goat(sorry for bringing goats into this) is when they, unlike all the other businesses in town, decided to stay opon during a snow day. They took my order, billed me, THEN decided to close down without delivering my pizza! The whole issue took hours to resolve, having me calling a dozen different Pizza Hut employees, all un-helpful and rude. So, after being told either that there wasn’t any history of me even ordering a pizza even though I had the bill to prove it, or that they couldn’t help me, I decided to go in the next day and talk to the manager. I finally got my money back, but the manager didn’t seem to care much about the huge customer-service failure. To date we’ve given this place one more chance, and guess what? They got the order wrong(on a delivery no less). So, we will resist going there. I suggest everyone else do the same too. But you can go in and let them«service» you for one minute, see how they conduct themselves, and decide for yourself.
