I’ve gotten pizza here about 3 times now. The pizza is really good and they have a gluten free option which is important for me because my wife has a gluten intolerance. So far every time I’ve gone here to grab a pizza it seems like they are training a new employee and it takes a little bit longer to get in and get out. The pizza is great though so I’ll go back.

I have to give the food 5 stars! By far it was soooo much better than the other take out pizza in this area. They seem to be under staffed for their peak hours. The store was full the phone was ringing and they were working as fast as possible but the phone was being neglected in order to serve the customers in the store. The staff was friendly and courteous even under pressure. The pizza was delicious I hope they get it worked out I would love for them to stick around. I highly recommend, but you may need patience if you are there during a busy time.

Nice friendly staff. I called in advanced and phone was answered quickly and question answered. I knew when I walked in the person who came out to help had to be Monet. She had a bubbly personality and give a suggestion to the pizza I ordered that everyone liked. I stop there again if I was in the area.

We’d gotten a couple of rounds of coupons for the new Papa Murphy’s in Duncanville, and decided to give it a try. It clearly stated on the coupon to call ahead to get the pizza at the pick-up window, so I was quite surprised when I tried to call ahead and no one answered. It literally rang until their phone system disconnected the call. Twice. I thought maybe they had a problem with their phone system, and it was relatively close, so I drove in to give it a second chance. I walked in, and asked if they had a problem with their phones. I was told that they were really busy and he was alone so he couldn’t answer the phone. Problem one, it had taken me maybe three minutes to drive there, there were no other customers in the restaurant when I arrived, and there was another employee sitting in clear view in the back doing prep work. My guess is they have this store understaffed because it’s new, but if you don’t have any way for a customer to place an order for pick up, it’s not a good sign for a pizza joint. I ordered a five meat stuffed pizza, which I had a coupon for, and he made it for me. He then wrapped the oversized paper plate that you’re supposed to cook the pizza on in saran wrap and handed it to me. I asked how I was supposed to get it home to cook it without getting it all over my car, and he then offered me a box. I’ve never thought I would have to ask for a box at a pizza place. I took it home, cooked it according to the directions, and it was a good pizza. Probably better than Pizza Hut or the other chains, not as good as the mom and pop places like Sam’s in Cedar Hill. Sam’s costs a bit more, but then again they cook it for you, as do the chains. I see one major flaw in the entire bake it yourself concept. The instructions say you can only cook on pizza at a time in the oven. If you have a group, and need more than one pizza, you’re going to have problems. The stuffed pizzas take 25 to 30 minutes to cook, and the regular pizzas 12 to 18 minutes. If part of your group wants the original crust and the other part wants the stuffed crust, then half the group will get through eating before the other half gets their food.
