Glamour Nails & Spa

This review is on my second and likely last visit. I’m disappointed. I thought I found a new go-​to nail spa with lower prices than the other hit or miss places I visit, but this place is just as hit or miss as the others. I am thoroughly unpleased with the service I’ve had today. First it kept seeming like they were trying to put other customers who came in behind me first, then they put me in a chair with cold water and made me wait another 10 minutes until one of them were free. A male did my pedicure this time. He didn’t even give me the option to request a deluxe package, just got started. I may have wanted the color water, hot stones, and the scorching hot wax on my feet like the lady next me! Then he sloppily massaged oil into my legs by doing both legs at the same time. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing. I could have polished my own nails at home and threw on some lotion myself if I knew this was going to be what I had to look forward to. After he finished what was the worlds fastest pedicure ever, he just got up and left to do another lady’s manicure. Did not say a word to me or even bother to put on my flip flops. I sat there awkwardly for a few minutes eyeing the nail drying station, popped on my flip flops, and walked over there myself. It really is a shame because my first visit was amazing. The manicure was terrible but it was the best pedicure I have had in years. Oh well, I shall continue my search for a better nail spa.
