My husband and I just moved back to Quantico after being gone for 3 years. So once the summer came we went to the only soft serve place we had known of which was Baylors across the street… they really went down hill.(you can read my review on here for them)…so a week ago we noticed this place Al & Archies… this place is GREAT!!! when you ask for Chocolate DIp or Cherry they actually put a nice decent amount on… you definitely get your moneys worth. the people that work there are really nice and they give a military discount

Tasty ice cream and great service! We both got soft serve cones. In and out quickly. Spoke with the owners as well… very nice. We will definitely be back :)

No one in line and service was slow and RUDE! I asked for a blueberry Hawaiian ice and after about 5 minutes got a grape one. Told the lady this was grape and not blueberry she shoved the blueberry syrup in my face and said «It’s blueberry». Funny thing is my ice was purple and blueberry is blue. Slow and Rude! Go to Baylords less than a half mile away. Total disappointment!

This place has the slowest service I have ever seen. Came here yesterday 4÷6÷15 and the line was so long and service was so slow that families were leaving the line. We left after 30 min in line without being close to the window to order. Oh yeah, we only fifth in line. Came back today 4÷7÷15 because I figured that it may have been a bad day. Wrong! There was no line. My kids order 3 sno cones and my wife ordered a sundae. That took about 15 minutes. I ordered a small strawberry cone with sprinkles. I never got that ice cream. I left after the 20 minute mark. I have no idea how the entire staff can be so slow. Please go there and feel my pain. I guarantee your review will be similar.

Love this place. Owners are super friendly. Love the way they reach out to the community — such as Halloween pumpkin give aways & costume contests. Great selection and very fair prices!

Awesome self serve, I loved the apple pie sundae. A new business, nice people. My son liked his hot fudge sundae. Cute little stand, wide variety of self serve ice cream items. Yummm… Will return soon. :)

Icecream wasn’t bad but the cone was terrible! Tasted stale and gross. Also service was ridiculously slow and we were the only ones there! If they got new cones and worked a little faster it would be much better.

I disagree with the first reviewer. Although the service is a bit slow (they just opened for business) the quality of the soft serve ice cream is top notch. It has an incredibly creamy texture and you can tell it comes from very good mix. Not at all like the icy texture you find at McDonald’s and Dairy Queen.

Save your money. This was my first and last visit. I ordered a waffle come sundae and my partner got a cake milkshake. It took 30 minutes. We talked to the owner and he got our order. The waffle come was old and the toppings were stale. The milkshake tasted like a chalky, greasy mess. Go anyplace else.
