******DON’T WASTEYOURPENNIESONTHISPLACE****** The staff is friendly except for Le’Shonda(THEMANAGER)!!! It’s sad that the hotel accidently added an additional charge onto my card however refuses to refund my money back to the card. I showed documents clearly displaying the charges and even called the card holders 1 – 800 number just to verify that the charges were definitely added to my card by mistake… the manager still refused to refund my money, then threatened to call the cops on me and asked if I would leave the premises. I have never been so disrespected in all my life. Customer service is everything to me. Although this is not a 5 star hotel, the customer service should ALWAYS be 5 star quality! I am very disappointed and it is surly not over until I receive what is owed to me.

When you’re homeless you don’t get no respect suburban extended stay refuse to let me in my room checkout is November 24 today’s date is November 23rd. Me and my family have to sleep in the car tonight because of a mistake that they did and admit that they made the mistake. If you don’t have a whole lot of money go to the YMCA and stay. This is the worst place to live if you homeless

I reserved a room for one of our employees and left a credit card on file. When our employee arrived he found that they had given his room away. Our confirmation number was 358699711. This was over Labor Day weekend, needless to say it wasn’t easy finding him another room someplace else.

When I first pulled into the hotel, I looked next door and saw a prettier and shinier hotel. I was sad for a second because I should have looked that one up instead. I mainly stayed at Suburban because of the convenient location near H-mart and other eating places AND the full kitchen. Didn’t know if the shinier one had a kitchen so I was content with walking into Suburban. Pros: –Clean room –Full Kitchen –Greeted with a smile at the door –Convenient location to the Asian restaurants and shops in the area. Cons: –The noise, dear lord! Stomping above me the entire night… entire night! Sounded like someone was throwing chairs onto the floor. Then outside my door were people yelling and arguing. I kept hearing a man yell out«Help!» Several times throughout the night and then more arguing between a man and woman. I didn’t rate the hotel«poor» for this matter, just fair, because I didn’t call down to the front desk. They may or may not have done something about the noise level I experienced. It was scary staying here and so when I returned back to Duluth a week later, I booked a different hotel. Won’t be staying here ever again.

Its a cheap clean place to stay. The staff is nice and friendly. The room is comforting with no odd odors or pungent lemon pledge odor. The lights in the room are a bit dim though. They have free wifi! However at night I here the train and for some reasons the police/ambulance sirens kept going off so im guessing this is near the«main street». If you need a place to stay that is clean, cheap and comforting, I would definitely come to this place for the most bang for the buck.

I have learned that the most convenient thing for a Korean food fanatic like myself is to just stay in a Duluth hotel. With AUCE $ 10.99 sam gyup sal within 15 feet of my hotel room, how could I go wrong? The location is excellent, right next to I-85 for those that need to express their way to other places, and also right next to a side road that zips you to the front door of the best that Pleasant Hill Road has to offer. I looked for all of the cheapest hotels, and this one was the second cheapest. I picked it because it had a kitchenette with a fridge for leftovers. Because that is just the kind of vacation this was going to be. There is plenty of parking, the rooms were clean, and the showers have hot water. Next time, I will probably pick the cheapest that my friends recommended… Sun Suites at around $ 45 a night. It doesn’t hurt to try other places, but my stay at this hotel was pleasant.
