Its just alright. The facility isnt well lit and i get scared when i access our storage unit by myself in the dark. The only pro is the price. We have to park in a way so we can leave our car headlights on to light the area properly. Terrible!

The gates never work. There are only two cameras. If you move out after the 6^th, they will not prorate you. This is not a safe place to store as there have been break ins.
My belongings were stolen. The employee that worked there said this place had frequent break ins and it doesn’t help when the managers and district managers don’t get the gate fixed. The district manager lied and said the gate was working when she was there 3 days ago, however, I was there 2 days ago and it wasn’t working both days. The staff told me it has been broken for more than two weeks. The district manager, Cara, was very politically correct in her responses but lacked genuine concern. Therefore her employees follow suit. Very disappointing. I paid for a secure unit, not for a place where everyone can drive through.

I’ve had my storage unit for 4 years, never had a problem. Kim is the property manager, she has always been professional and provided awesome customer service.
Rodney also works for Public Storage, he provided me awesome customer service today with an energetic attitude.
