thieves and swindlers!!!
my salesman took it on himself to removes over $ 200 out of my banking account without my consent and without any notice (ie: phone call or via the postal service).
when i called to find information, the sales manager could not locate any of my customer information. a truly horrible organization.
if you want a regrettable experience and terrible service, go to Gravity. it’s their specialty.

I must say, this was a smooth transaction! It was not like I expected I ran into them from online for my Lexus I checked Autotrader, CarGurus and Autonation I was direct with them over email what my budget was and what my Credit Union approved me for At 1^st they dissed me, then a couple days later they called me over to check out a IS250 that was in price range They waited on me even though they were closed and knew that was coming from Kennesaw I was literally in & out within 1 hour The car was 95% as described When I got there they told me about the minor scratches inside and also they printed all the CarFax & Autochecks reports for me Pretty much they did a great job! They stayed in contact with me and made my transaction smooth I bought my Lex from them this past April and have NOT had any issues with it as of yet! I love it and I would buy from them again I liked the fact that they were upfront and did not try to run game on me They let me REALLY test drive it, and they gave me their personal website for Low Priced name brand tires 2 Thumbs up!
