I would come in to eat, but takeout on this place is skimpy. Totally would not do takeout here at all. I ordered a tappy and it was missing meat… It’s not the first time that had happened!

I used to come here for sandwiches but the place has really gone downhill. The owner should probably change management or spend more time checking the quality of his/her employees. Sometimes when you go in and it’s the young staff only they are very unprofessional and the place isn’t as clean.
The bread is usually stale if you order at night. If you call during the day you might spend 5 minutes talking to someone who has no idea or training in how to take an order over the phone, and who also has little knowledge of their own menu. I’ve gotten my order delivered wrong twice from here.
I like Erbs&Gerbs as much as the next guy but I’d avoid this particular location.

I always enjoy this E&G. Always quick service, clean place including the bathrooms. The staff are always cheerful and greet you with a smile. The only 2 reasons I don’t give it 5 stars… parking can be tough in the shared parking lot with the other business and thats just on a quiet day, It sucks to try and come here at Christmas. The second reason is that my fav sub is not on the menu… Pompeii but still available.

Love what I get there, good service, good food, and fast delivery. However, I was incredibly disappointed to find them closed around midnight after I got off work on a Saturday night when they are advertised to be open until 2:00 AM.
