Our server was very attentive. Chowder wasn’t great but wasn’t too bad. Crab cake sandwich was fine with extra mayo. Served hot. Highlight was the shoe string fries.

I ended up eating here because it seemed to be the lessor of all evils at concourse C. I kept it simple and went with a turkey sandwich and a cup of chowder. It was just fine. The soup was decent. My co-worker enjoyed his crabcake sandwich.

Craft beer on draft is a plus. And the crab cake sandwich is great. The space is somewhat cramped, which sucks for the fact that it’s in an airport terminal. There’s little to no space for luggage. The service was better than the Gordon Biersch over in concourse D.

Best Breakfast Sandwich in the Airport. A full sized bagel, with egg, choice of meat, and cheese, for less than $ 5! Wendy’s right next door charges more, for less of a meal.

Didn’t think you could really screw up a Caesar Salad. TL proved otherwise. Will definitely NEVER go back.

Land a spot at the bar and take advantage of their bargain upcharge for making your drink a double. Food is pretty sub-par. Poor quality food: 2 stars Low cost of booze: 4 stars We’ll leave it at 3 — it got the job done.

Good pre-plane service(fast on the breakfasts) but it’s so outdated and can really use a facelift and some outlets.

It’s not a good sign when you’re sitting in a restaurant thinking ‘damn, I should have gone to Wendy’s.’ I genuine thought this place was the best of a bad lot on the desolate stretch of Washington Dulles departures. But now I’m out $ 25 and I have a stomach-ache. First I ordered the jumbo shrimp cocktail for 10.99, this was the saddest affair ever. 5 cold, rubbery shrimp sitting on ice cubes with a tomato sauce. Not even lettuce, nothing else. Those shrimp cost $ 2 each! That is not a shrimp cocktail, America! After eating this(it took 60 secs), I had to order something else so I got the sliders. They were… fine. Then stomach pain. I’m sure the burgers at Wendy’s next door were better. Avoid! If possible, eat before you arrive.

Finding genuine food in the airport is tough. Usually I end up getting a salad with salsa, guac and grilled chicken at CalTort. But this time we went with Tidewater. Beer selection was good for the airport. I had a Fat Tire and a Dominion Ale, about 16oz for $ 6.99 each. The $ 10.99 shrimp cocktail appetizer came with just six shrimp, maybe 25 ct size. Disappointing(ridiculously lame?) for the price. The chicken dinner included half a rotisserie chicken that was tender, crispy, and tasted cooked recently. The white meat was still moist, and the dark meat was very, very tender. It came with some plain(pretty gross) veggies and garlic mashed potatoes that weren’t really worth eating, for $ 12.99 Overall we were thrilled with our meal here compared to other airport options. It was nice to see a non-wheat non-dairy option that wasn’t a salad. I couldn’t ask for a better rotisserie chicken, other than at some of the better Peruvian Chicken joints around. I’ll be back.

Little place in the Dulles airport. Good beer selection and the food is not bad. I love the thin-cut fries. The sandwich was uninspired and small, but tasty. The cost was typical airport — a little steep. Staff and service was acceptable.

Ordered a po– boy for a late lunch before catching another flight(to Munich). For airport food, the sandy tasted pretty good.

They had the most amazing lobster bisque. Words could not describe how delicious it was. And for under $ 10, it was such a large portion of lobster bisque, I was shocked. Usually in restaurants I been to $ 15 would get you something really tiny. So I was very pleased with this. Also, the sourdough bread was awesome.

This restaurant/bar in Dulles airport was great! Quaint place perfect for a quick drink before my flight(my connecting flight had been delayed by 4 hours so I had some time to kill). I had a tequila sunrise and it was delicious! My friends had Bloody Marys and said they were great as well.

I like this place a lot. I think the food here is really good, I like the fries and the service is always prompt. I do think they sometimes shove people too close together. It is hard for me because I am left handed so my elbows are always banging against the guy next to me. I like that the TVs have subtitles so you can«hear» even when its crowded. My favorite thing about this airport bar, and the reason for 4 stars, is that they are very quick with the service and after each thing you order they print out a receipt and put it in front of you in case you are ready to go. You would think more airport bars would do this, since many people are in a rush. But this is the only place in Dulles at least that does this. This is a reliable place for me because when I have to leave I can quick pay and zip out of there. I will forgive the overpricedness of the food for the quick service. Strange name for a pub-like establishment, but it sthe best Dulles has to offer.

Food was pretty lackluster, but I didn’t really go in expecting much. Skinny fries were great until they got cold and hard. Po boy sandwich used fried clams instead of shrimp which was okay. Didn’t seem to have much seasoning. Prices were reasonable($ 7-$ 10 range). Split a shrimp cocktail but was really disappointed by the 5 pieces they gave us. It’s the most expensive thing on the menu($ 11)… tasted perfectly fine though could tell it wasn’t fresh. They have a pretty extensive alcohol collection and tvs to watch games.

The Tidewater… I actually can’t stand this place, but end up here more often than I like to admit. I’ll just start by saying this place is proud… REALPROUD of their food and drinks… the prices are stupid high! I get it, it’s an airport and that’s the expectation… but negative ghost-rider, this place is over the top! I recommend rolling over to the Firkin Fork if you have time while waiting on your plane. Not much more to be said.

Concourse C is notorious for having pretty lackluster food options. It’s a long walk down the entire terminal, filled with either fast food chains or simple, bland sandwich places. All of these places didn’t interest me, so I ended up in Tidewater hoping to get something at least mediocre. I was flying on a Tuesday evening, and the entire place was crowded, so I took a seat at the bar. No one paid any attention to the fact that I just sat down, so I had to flag down the waiter to order something. First of all, they were out of their soup of the day… at 7pm. I came in with a slight cold and wanted some soup to help cure it, but I guess something so simple couldn’t be done. I decided to just order the roast beef & provolone sandwich. In the meantime, I thought maybe I should get a drink and try to cure this cold another way. So I asked the monotone emotionless waiter if he could whip something up for me to cure a cold. Back in Soviet Russia, a couple shots of vodka would do the trick. Here, they’ve got nothing. The response I got was a simple no and then he chuckled and went back to chatting it up with another customer. The sandwich was nothing too spectacular. Couple slices of roast beef and a slice of provolone. At this point I wasn’t expecting much. I just ate it up and got on my way. It came with a huge amount of fries that I just couldn’t finish. Thin, awkward looking fries. I think I would’ve been happier sticking with Wendy’s down the road.

Had the worst fish and chips of my life here and paid $ 20 for the privilege. How can someone mess up fish and chips!!! The food was so disappointing it made me miss my grammar school cafeteria… 2 stars since it’s convenient and the staff was nice.

This was actually pleasantly surprising for airport food. I got the clam strips and, while they were oily and mostly breading, they weren’t bad. The julienned fries were quite a treat, too. It wasn’t overly expensive, either. Stupid drunk people at the table next to me weren’t treating the waitress well and she was still doing the best that she could. I felt bad and gave her a nice tip. She really did provide good service.

Tidewater Landing is a small Seafood restaurant located on Concourse C near Gate C11 at Dulles International Airport. Had lunch here today while waiting for my flight to Chicago. Ordered the Po Boy sandwich — basically a fried oyster sub — with mayo, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and a nice sub roll. The Po Boy was tasty — the problem with this sandwich were the fried oysters, or rather the relative lack of fried oysters. The amount of fried oysters in the sandwich was paltry — they were yummy — but there needed to be more of them. The sandwich also comes with fries — julienned fries — very thin — almost wooden matchstick thickness. I would have preferred fries a tad thicker. Service was good. $ 7.30 for lunch.
