The builder of my new home subbed the Audio/​Visual installation to sight and sound. Things started off ok, we friendly staff and tons of options. In preparation for my design meeting, I’d priced out my options, so I was able to catch that a they’d selected a 50 foot HDMI run instead of the 15 feet needed. I thought it was an honest mistake so made nothing of it at the time. However after talking with a few neighbors it sounds like they might always be selecting the 50 foot run, when much shorter ones are needed.
Also, I got to know one of their installation techs and learned about a few other less than ethical practices which were encouraged by leadership — stunts to sell pricy al-​in-​one remotes, charging for parts not needed for the install, etc.
No complaints on the service, but can’t support a company that is not honest in their business practices.

Excellent service. Colt at the service center was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained things in detail that pertained to our particular needs (we had a projector, screen, in– ceiling and in-​wall speakers installed in our home theater room). The service guys were equally wonderful. Elmer patched and painted the walls and ceiling expertly and Dee, CJ and Francis worked tirelessly to have our home theater set up in time for my son’s birthday. They worked hard to make us happy and we definitely are! I highly recommend Sight and Sound Systems.

We recently purchased our sound system with sight and sound for our home. Colt helped walk us through the entire process and really listened to us and offered the best options for us. Colt is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They only offer the highest quality products and their service is amazing. They take care of everything so their clients can relax.
