They satisfied my Gyro craving I was having but probably won’t try it again. I thought they were slightly overpriced($ 10.99 for an average size Gyro, no side and no drink) and I had to wait a really long time. 20 minutes. It would make sense to have to wait that long if I had ordered a kabob platter since they make it fresh to order(they did look delicious) but I ordered a Gyro sandwich and the meat was already carved and sitting in a warmer. When the cashier got around to assembling my sandwich which just consisted of lettuce, some white sauce and 2 slices of tomato, she did not have a sense of urgency whatsoever.

I’m giving this 2 stars, but not because the food is bad. On the contrary, the food is delicious but the service is super rude and takes forever! I realize this is a kabob joint and takes awhile, but I waited 20 minutes yesterday to get my lunch. Meanwhile, my whole family had finished their chick fil a. The issue of waiting would be somewhat tolerable if the people who worked their were at least somewhat pleasant, but they aren’t. No smiles, no «just a few more minutes»…nothing. When I left my kids to check and see if my food was ready, I asked the woman to give me a signal when my order was ready but she didn’t even glance my way. When leaving, I swung by and my food was finally ready. I picked it up and didn’t check anything. I got home and they hadn’t given me any of the sauces, which make the meal that much tastier. Even though the food is delicious, the rude staff and slow wait times will prohibit me from going back!

They actually deserve a no star. My friend found a hair in her plate andasked for a refund but the cashier there mixed the hair in the rice and told her that if he can’t see it, he won’t give her a refund. She asked for a manager, he said they don’t have a manager! This is disgusting! I’d never buy my lunch from there!

This place is at the food court inside the mall. The food is actually pretty good. They do not cook your food until you order it, which for a kabob can take about 10 – 15 min depending on what you order, so make sure you have time to wait. It comes with a good size portion of rice, salad and bread though. With a drink it was around $ 15, but they do give you a lot of food.

Its in the food court. The food is Ok. The portion was Ok. Each meal comes with rice, small side salad and bread. I had ordered the chicken kabob platter, the chicken kabob was good but I would have liked it to be a bit more spicier. The service is totally mismanaged. Infact they asked me to take a side instead of the bread as it would take long to prepare the bread. The host or people working there does not show any agility. I got my food in 5 mins because I agreed to whatever they told me as i did not want to wait.

My favorite kabob place. I’ve only seen this particular kabob place at malls(here, tysons mall and montgomery mall) and all three are consistent with their flavors! wear your fat pants when eating this. The portions are huge. Each meal comes with rice and a small side salad. The bread is so good especially when dipped into the yogurt sauce. I always have the chicken, it is always seasoned and cooked so tender. The kabobs are cooked to order so be prepared to wait a few minutes. They also have hot foods to choose from but i never had the chance to try them yet.

One of my favorite places to eat at Dulles Town Center mall. The portions are great and the food is delicious. Not working in the mall anymore so I don’t get to go to this location anymore. Phone in your order ahead if you simply want to pick up your food or beat the line. Weekends at the mall are crazy.

The food is great. The service is terrible. Expect a 20 minute wait. If you have a question, the answer will be a grunt or a nod. I get it that they are busy, but standing at a busy counter for 20 minutes makes the other places in the food court look better. My kid finished her lunch before I got mine. And that’s how it always is.

They have one of the best ground chicken kabobs in the NoVA area. I also like their lamb kabob, although sometimes it can be a bit chewy. Love their white and spiced rice combo. They make their bread fresh but need to improve that a bit, as it gets kinda crisp within 5 – 10 minutes. The prices have been going up but the quality has remained.

If you want quantity versus quality, you’ve found the right place. I ordered a Gyro platter and the meat was dry like jerky. No amount of sauce could make it edible. I’m feeling disgusted with the food and for throwing away my money.

Overpriced and nothing special. It’s food court food. $ 20 for steak and chicken kabobs and a bottle of water. I can get the same meal at Moby Dick’s for $ 17. The staff isn’t exactly friendly either. No one looks happy to be there.

Its crazy but who would have thought that«food court» food will taste so good and its Halal! I think they probably make the best kebobs in the area no joke. Their service is fast and kebobs are always made to perfection! I am literally craving their kebobs while writing this review! Must try if you are at the mall!

This place does a great job. Service is actually REALLY fast for being set up in a food court and making fresh kabob and pita. Yeah, its going to be a slightly longer wait than a premade burger or chicken sandwich sitting in a foil bag under a lamp. But, even with a long line, my food came out FAST. Grill Kabob makes a nice gyro, chicken and rice are pretty good as well, I like the fire-oven bread as well! As far as food courts go, this place is fantastic, and easily 20 times better than a moby dicks.

This is a very good place to get a good kabob. The lamb kabob is very good and the servings are large. One of my son’s favorite places to eat. Food quality is very good and surprising as it it located in the food court in the Dulles Town Center mall food court.

Ample portions, deliciously seasoned. 1 plate is enough for two people to share so do yourself a favor go here first!

Very disappointed by our visit there on a Tuesday night. We picked up 2 gyro sandwiches to go. We only live a few minutes from the mall. When we got home and opened the sandwiches, they were cold. Thinking back at their setup, the gyro meat was sitting in a bin in the front of the store, which I assumed kept it hot, but it was not. Disgusting practice, and I would highly recommend people steer clear of this place until they can get their act together.

This is a kabob place in the food court of the Dulles Town Center Mall. It is my favorite place to each while my wife is shopping at the mall but unfortunately there’s nothing better at this food court! It is quite good but not cheap for fast food. There is always a long wait and a good crowd waiting for food. The owner also operates the same restaurant in the Tysons mall and another in Sterling called Cherry Blossom which has a nice décor and a good buffet for the same price or lower. The food here is very tasty with a decent portion size but be ready to shell out for fast food. If you are in the mall and need a quick bite at a fast food for cheap, this may not be the place. If you want some tasty kabob, especially the ground chicken kabob, you will like this one!

This is a pretty decent food court option if you’re in the Dulles Town Center Mall. Though, it’s a bit more in price and wait time than the typical fast food places in the mall, the food here is cooked to order and doesn’t weigh you down with fried greasiness. I tried the chicken kabob and a vegetable samosa. The meals come with huge offerings of rice. With the chicken kabob, I received a huge heap of white basmati rice and a heap of cinnamon-spiced rice. It’s really too much rice for one person to eat in one seating, so it seemed wasteful. There’s a small salad of iceberg lettuce, a tomato slice, and cucumber slice topped off with creamy dressing that seems almost like ranch. The chicken was cooked well with some char on it for that smoky flavor. It was surprisingly tender and moist. I only wished they offered some sumac or a fresh herb laced yogurt sauce with it. The kabob was served with the salad dressing sauce that is like ranch, but is missing that ranch dressing tang. The vegetable samosa was a bit on the greasy fried side, but otherwise, not bad. It’s one typical that you would get at an Indian restaurant, stuffed with spiced potatoes and green peas. The bread was nice, but I would have preferred it to be warm.
