I see Dr. Susie Bluestone. I really like her, she is very kind and knowledgeable. The one thing I really like about this office, is the online message center if you have a concern or question, instead of booking an appointment you can just send the dr a message and dr, bluestone always gets back to me within 12 hours.
The CON about going here is the billing. I have had numerous billing issues and the office doesn’t seem to care, everyone keeps pointing fingers and telling me to call the lab, to call the office, to call insurance, to call the billet and back around. If it wasn’t for the messaging I’d go somewhere else, also I wish the office was a bit more updated.

I’ve been going here a few years and Dr. Katherine Strafford is my doctor. I started going there because it was close to my old office, but even though I moved offices last year and it’s no longer convenient, I still go there because I really like her. She is professional, friendly and always listens and lets me ask however many questions I may have (I always have 20 questions whenever I go to any doctor, so patience is a plus =)). Like a good dentist, she makes you feel comfortable it situations that are potentially awkward/​uncomfortable.
I can also call the office at any time between my annuals and ask a question, and they pass it on to the doctor and get back to you pretty quickly.
