Rejuvenating Touch

My daughter and I both purchased certificates through Living Social or Groupon (I can’t remember which) and both went for massages on the same day (one right after the other) with Deanna. We both thoroughly enjoyed our sessions!
This was my first professional massage so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The room was fairly dark and there was soft music playing. Deanna asked if I had any areas of concern … Any areas on which I wanted her to focus. She also asked about my pressure preference and invited me to speak up if I wanted more or less.
It would be so easy to fall asleep during the massage because it feels so good and you are so relaxed … But … You don’t want to miss a minute so you don’t let that happen.
My daughter has been back once (she is not living in Columbus right now) and I have been back another two or three times.
I know they’ve recently hired a new (additional) masseuse but I have not seen her so I cannot rate her. I believe her name is Dee.

I have been there twice and just purchased a spray tan package which I look forward to using. It is a very pleasant venue, Deanna is very personable and my hot stone massages were excellent.

I’ve never actually been to Rejuvenating Touch but my attempted experience with them has me completely turned off.
I took a chance on Rejuvenating Touch by purchasing a living social coupon because it seemed like a great deal! I made an appointment for a day when I would be in Columbus (to see my family). My appointment was cancelled two hours prior due to an emergency in the masseuse’s family. I completely understood the situation; however, it has now been a week later and no one has attempted to contact me to reschedule. Not only that, I was not offered a different appointment by a different maseuse. Obviously, this has been a disappointment since it will be a while before I will be back in Columbus, and able to use my living social coupon.
It would be unacceptable to me to have spent the money on the living social coupon and not be able to use it. Let’s see if Rejuvenating Touch will be able to redeem themselves. Customer Service has been terrible so far!
