GET YOUR PIZZA FIX SOMEPLACE ELSE! ! By far the worst Papa Johns pizza place ever… if I could I would give them minus stars… They forgot to put in my pizza request twice even when I ordered one hour in advance. Then the person didn’t apologize but instead blamed me for not calling. I should him my call log… no apologies no freebies after they screw up and poor customer service with zero accountability should be the slogan for this enterprise… I never going back again and urge you to stay away from this joint…

I had ordered online once before with a very large order and the food arrived on time. Tonight I placed a small under at $ 20.00 and received an email confirmation as well as a phone call asking for my confirmation number which I gave. My order was supposed to arrive 30 – 45 minutes later and 75 minutes later I call and was placed on hold and 3 different employees answered my call and finally the third employee told me my order was sitting on the fax machine and they could have my order to me within 30 minutes. I said no and called another fantastic pizza company. I will NEVER order from them again! They didn’t even try to keep my business they just said ok and hung up.

Cheese pizza with olives. Its good. Goes well with the garlic sauce, it adds flavor to it. One big pizza comes with 10 slices. I like that the crust is crunchy. All in all not too bad but there are better places out there. Papa Johns is good if youre short on time and need to grab something quick to eat

It’s a typical Papa John’s Pizza. Pretty fast delivery and nice employees.
I’ve had a lot of Papa John’s in the last several years so the taste isn’t too exciting. My wife hasn’t had it much and enjoys it so 4⁄5.
The pizza deals can be really good depending on what specials are active.

Ordered pizza for delivery on Sunday dinner and it took them more than 1hr. When called, they said they are busy and didn’t give me an exact delivery time. And manager just keep saying they never giarantee their delivery time and busy.

I am writing because I can’t understand the truly bad reviews. We order at least 1 a week (4 and 6 year olds in house). For the last year so good sample set. The delivery time is not always the snappiest but the quality of the pizza is great and it gets here hot even when it takes a bit of time to get here.
Now a long delivery time should not be a 1 star. 1 star is the lowest a person can give and that is equivalent to they ran over my cat and destroyed my food level and not just it took longer than expected to get here.
Again good service and great pizza. Best pizza in the area by a good margin.
Also it’s a good idea to order online because of the points and the deals. Just a suggestion. Always remember that if your not happy call and see if they an make it up to you. The owner is usually there to help.

I give the pizza 5 stars but the customer service 0 stars.
I called Papa John’s at 7:15pm and they told me that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive at the store at 8:15pm a whole hour after and they tell me to wait 5 minutes since it’s not done. I patiently wait 15 minutes for them to call us over. While waiting, I looked in the back to the kitchen where the only two cooks were messing around talking and laughing. I lost my patience and asked where the pizza was since it was 55 minutes after the time they gave me. He checked the shelf and it was on the shelf. PLEASE do not go to this papa johns. I would have rather gone to Walnut Creek location even though it’s further because of the service I have gotten.

The pizza was great, I love papa johns when comparing it to cheap delivery pizza. The garlic sauce is so good! But so bad for you! But I was disappoint with the staff in particularly the delivery guy, he called me twice because he was lost, adding on another 20 mins till I received my pizza. And the entire time he was lost he was on my street, so that was frustrating. Good pizza not so good service.

Papa John’s is a good pizza at a fair price, especially if you search for a deal online. I usually go pick it up because delivery from any pizza place can be unpredictable. Is this the best pizza in the Valley? Definitely not, but if does job and won’t break your bank. Convenient central location for old West Dublin and new East Dublin.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for about 5 years now, and they always provide exactly what I expect. That was, until today.
Today I put in an order online. After about 10 minutes of not receiving the confirmation email, I called in to ensure my order had been placed and I was told it was. At 7:06pm I got the confirmation email that my order had been placed. At 7:11pm the delivery guy called to get into the building, and I had my pizza in hand at 7:12pm. I’ll take 7 minutes from confirmation to door any day.

Yes, the pizza and food is good.
However, their delivery time sucks. I can order from Pizza Guys (same distance from my home) and receive my order within 30 minutes. That’s fast! However, Papa John’s too OVER an hour to deliver 1 small pizza. When I called to see if my pizza was even on its way, the person on the phone was discourteous and said I was wrong about how long it was taking. Come on. I know exactly when I ordered the pizza because it’s when my daughter went down for her nap. It’s the only time I have to eat lunch so I decided to treat myself to something special and order a pizza. Now it will arrive after she’s woken up– and she naps for two hours.
I’m probably won’t order from them again. I’ll stick with Pizza Guys. They have awesome pizza and great service.

The pepperoni is the cheap kind that’s large and greasy, but the GARDEN Veggie pizza is good enough to order on occasion.
It’s not gourmet, but then again, it’s like a fast-​food chain for pizzas, right?
So if you want a fast food pizza style, check it out.
The prices are reasonable and if you order enough, you get a freebie.

I had a super shitty day driving from Santa Barbara. Just a really overall horrible day. We checked into our hotel (the Best Western plus Pleastenton Inn) and we ordered a pizza I got for free from having the points (sign up for an account, TOTALLY WORTH IT!!) it was the most perfect pizza I’ve ever had! Came way early and was perfectly hot and the delivery guy was super nice… A perfect pizza can make the worst of the worst days bearable!
Be sure to order parm and peppers and plates cuz they’re don’t bring them if you don’t ask
