We have been coming to Amici’s for years now and I must say it is always delicious. The first time we went my fiancé told me to try the New Haven White Clam pizza. I was so skeptical, however I did and I feel in love. It is really so fresh and delicious. I love how the crust has that perfectly cooked crispness to it and all of the flavors are amazing. He loves the fresh ceaser salad that will come with anchovies, I cant stand them on the salad but he likes it that way so he is happy. They actually will put them on the side if we are sharing the salad! It is so sweet. I LOVE the lemon chicken wings and the spinach salad. The dressing on the salad is heavenly. We love this place and try to go whenever possible. I will have to try the pasta one day, I just cant seem to break away from the pizza and wings just yet.

I placed my order online and service was quick. Got the large combo and it was great! Thin crust was perfect.

If you like your pizza with a thin crust this is your place. I’ve had it before once and figured it was time to have it again so I dragged the family out to Dublin and it was a hit with them too and the service was great. The place was also very clean and tables were immediately bussed after customers left we will definitely be back

Waiters were really attentive, even though we were waiting for take-out, but both pizzas we ordered were really salty. Toppings were kinda sparse, too. Maybe we would’ve been better off with specialty frozen pizzas.

Horrible & the managers that handle the orders/credit cards for delivery are jerks! Brown broccoli in the chilled salad, overcharged more times than we care to admit, burnt pizza crust & oh, did I mention awful customer service! Wish I could give minus zero stars for this crap experience(multiple chances given).

We love Amicis. The pizza is always delicious and the Cesar salad is awesome. Our favorite waiter is Adielson. He’s always so sweet to our little daughter and it feels like we are family every time we eat there. I’ve ordered delivery twice as well and they were in time or early both times and were very nice. It’s our go to pizza place!

The linguine with clam was so greasy it was yucky. And I don’t like that the breadsticks and pizza had some burnt bits. The pizza, breadsticks and wings tasted great. The wings are especially good, juicy and tasty, they didn’t need any dressing or hot sauce. Service was friendly and quick. It wasn’t super pricy and servings were a good size. I’ll go back.

I decided to check out this place after hearing some good reviews. We ordered the New York Pizza, Roasted Vegetable Pasta and Chocolate cake. Pizza was great. Nice Thin crust, perfectly baked. Almost close to the ones i had in Italy. But, the pasta was disappointing. It was just boiled pasta with some roasted veggies and olive oil. Chocolate cake was OK, Chocolate layers were very cold and hard but the cake part was good. Prices are little too high. Family size pizza was approx. 24 $(3 adults can eat) and pasta was like 18 $(max 2 adults can share).

I live one mile away from Amici’s, I placed an order for two pizzas. They estimated 30 – 40 minutes. The pizza arrived(after we called) in an 1 hour and 40 minutes. It also arrived burned. An hour and 40 minutes was too long to wait for any pizza, let alone burned pizza. We paid $ 60+ for TWO pizzas that didn’t even taste good. No compensation was offered for our extreme wait time, and we didn’t know they were burned until we opened the boxes, after having paid. Will never eat here again.

I personally didn’t have any conversation with wait staff and/or the manager but rather observed the communication between them and my friends. One of my best friends had her post wedding rehearsal dinner here for at least 40 people. We took up the whole left half of the restaurant including the high stool bar area on a Wednesday night. From what I remember, we had plenty of garlic bread. It didn’t stand out though, felt like this could’ve been a complimentary item. Completely famished, the family style Caesar salad was gone in minutes. Soon, an array of various pastas arrived: fettuccine Alfredo, linguine tossed in pesto with lots of Parmesan, and lasagna(serving seemed kind of small). Sadly, my friend chose not to add chicken or meat to the former pastas. The pesto was pretty good, mushrooms would’ve added something extra. The wait staff was quick in turning over the area we sat at: putting together 3 long rows of tables, chairs, etc. and didn’t spill anything or seem too flustered. Oh, we did have some soda and water mix ups that were resolved. With so many people in our party, we never had a consistent waiter so some drinks took a while. The manager was on top of things and came around each time a new dish found its way over to the table. As soon as the bride to be requested more garlic bread, the order was sent to the kitchen. I thought the management was very nice for giving the almost married couple a complementary bottle of wine. If I ever come across another Amici’s in the future, I’ll gladly dine there and try non-pasta items as well so I can compare it to Tomatina.

It has been literally years since we got food from here. Our favorite mom-and-pop pizza spot is gone, and had been in decline for quite awhile(sad) So when a pie was required for dinner, I decided this was worth a shot. Ordering and pick-up was fast and easy. Very good pie… nice thin crust, good balance of sauce and cheese, great *hot* Italian Sausage(my term would be spicy) We will be back for sure!

Amici’s is a family favorite and we love coming here on occasion. The service is always great and the pizza is good. I wish they had more of a variety in their pizza, but I do concede that they have other options such as pasta and salad as main courses. My family usually orders the Spicy Chicken Pizza. A large is good for serving two slices to the four of us. The spicy chicken is my favorite of the available pizzas because of the nice kick the chicken has. The meat isn’t bursting with flavor, but it’s decent and not spicy enough that I don’t need to add more chili flakes. The Pollo Pizza would be my second favorite. It is made without red sauce, so it becomes a nice change of pace when I’m getting a little tired of marinara. However, I would suggest if ordering this pizza, pair it with another flavor because it gets a bit monotonous. One pizza that I cannot recommend is their Sicilian flavor. I was hoping for a meat lovers-esq pizza when I ordered it, and I ended up with something completely different. It had a weird combination of toppings that just didn’t work, and I will never order it again. In my most recent trip to Amici’s, we also ordered the Garlic Breadsticks. While they are not very garlic-y, they are tasteless and I could consider them to be more table bread. Overall, Amici’s has always had been a great experience, even if I wasn’t a fan of the flavor I ordered. I even had them«cater» one of my birthday parties growing up.

Expensive but Okayish pizza. I had ordered a medium margherita pizza to go and also an order of garlic bread. The pizza was kinda hard but I love that it’s thin crust. They give a good amount of meat when I added on hot sausages. The garlic bread tasted kinda old(well I did order it at the end of the day.

Terrible. Arrived cold. Totally burnt crust. Tiny circles of pepperoni. Oh well… It must of been an off night for them. It did arrive on time. Ordering was easy. Driver was nice.

Very good pizza! Delicious sauce and crust. I think I could have a slice with nothing but sauce on it and be perfectly happy. I wish they delivered to Livermore though! It’s a pain to drive and get it. The in restaurant service is very good; prompt and polite. Oooooone thing though. I ordered fettuccine and they substituted linguine noodles; they did this for other people at my table as well. It was a bit strange. Very tasty still, just not the pasta I thought I’d be getting.

Noelle’s Unilocal Notebook 2015 After a long day trip to the California State Railroad Museum we headed back to the Bay Area but needed to find a spot to eat at before heading home. The wait times at other surrounding restaurants were outrageous but that was probably due to a combination of a poorly managed kitchen and waitstaff. Thankfully, we found Amici’s Pizza via Unilocal. When I was younger, I would dine at Amici’s often with my parents. I’ve also dined at other Amici’s locations with my then fiancé now, husband. The Amici’s tradition continues because we take our little LoveBug son to Amici’s as well. Phoned to see how long the wait would be and they said ten minutes. So we trekked from the other restaurant a few miles away to this Amici’s location. The dining room was packed as well as the patio because it was a mild temperature night– not too cold, not too warm. Upon entering we were greeted warmly and sat promptly with menus. Karla was our waitress and service was friendly and efficient. Our order: two iced teas one soda one milk free bread upon request 3÷5− served room temp, just ok. gnocchi with butter & parm 3⁄5 — Not your typical Gnocchi(ie found at Casanova in Carmel or Centanove in LG, fluffy and light) — this was a dense gnocchi, pan fried in butter topped with parm, it was good but not great. Chicken Wings 2.5÷5− Decent, lightly seasoned, nothing spectacular but seriously overpriced. Think of the train line in Chicago, name starts with a B second part of the name Line, they have the best chicken wings… kid’s butter parm pasta 5⁄5 — pasta was cooked perfectly and served at a good temp, my toddler loves it. It was a hearty portion for an almost 2 year old but we had leftovers! chicken fettuccine 4÷5− rich, decadent, grilled chicken, very tasty. pepperoni pizza 5÷5− I requested light crust and they cooked it to perfection. Great tasting pizza, crust, sauce and perfect amount of pepperoni. mushrooms and sausage 3.5÷5− My hubs didn’t request light crust so there was a hard char on his pizza. He enjoyed it but nothing compares to the pies in his hometown where he was born and raised in Chicago. JM Rosen Tuxedo Cake– We normally get our JM Rosen cheesecake fix at Amici’s, Whole Foods or special order it from its HQ in Petaluma. This did not disappoint– chocolate icing, cake, cheesecake all married into one decadent dessert– this is best shared by 3 people. Fantastic food, good customer service makes this a winner in my Unilocal Notebook. It was a perfect way to end Pie Day 3.14.159:26:53 and celebrate Albert Einstein’s birthday :) Noelle’s Notes Good Food Good Customer Service A tad pricey Calabria pizza is AMAZING Antipasto salad is delish!

Meh. Pizza is okay. Nothing extra delicious. Just okay. They do use the smaller pepperoni that I like. The prices kill it for me. Maybe I’m just being cheap but $ 11 bucks for a mini pepperoni pizza that’s the equivalent to 1 slice of actual New York pizza that’s $ 2 kills the joy for me.
