Customer service is terrible! Went in with my baby to try to pick up some items for a home project and I had my toddler in one arm, cart in the other hand trying to maneuver it to check out, Clearly struggling! Not a single employee offered to help and even told me that I wasn’t able to check out my wood at self check and to move to a different aisle. Won’t go there again.

Lowe’s contractors were supposed to come today, 10/17/2015 @ 9am, to do a check-up. No one came, no one called. My mom had to call to see if they were coming, and apparently they mixed up the dates and clearly decided there was no need for a courtesy call. So, now they are supposed to come Tuesday of next week. This just goes to show how unprofessional and incompetent they are.

I love Lowes and this is why. I spend thousands of dollars every year at this store for my rentals. I went to Menards for the first time and then had to make a return and they charged me 25% to make the return.. Lowes has always treated me right. I know now not to go anywhere else.

I stopped in at this Lowe’s on my lunch hour because I needed a faucet handle replacement for my shower. I had the old faucet and all the pieces with me in a plastic bag. I walked over to the faucets and selected two that I thought might work. I really wanted to ask one of the employees since they’re so typically helpful at this Lowe’s. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. There was an employee a couple aisles over(balding, glasses, mid-40’s I’m guessing) and I asked him if he could help me select the right faucet handle. He took my plastic bag and the handles I had and quite rudely said, «Do you know the manufacturer?» I said no — that’s why I brought in the handle and pieces. He practically threw my plastic bag and the two handles back at me and said, «Well, I don’t know if one of these will work. I can’t guarantee nothing.»(His exact words). I was actually quite surprised at his lack of helpfulness. I went back and looked at the handles again and decided what I had was as close as I was going to get. As I came around the corner of the aisle to leave, a dad and his young son were just coming around the corner from talking to the that same employee. I overhead the man say, «Because he was unwilling to help.» Lowe’s on Sawmill — you need to put this man in the back or send him back through customer training as he obviously didn’t get the message the first time. He is not doing you any favors. I’ll take my business to Home Depot on Sawmill from now on.

It’s a Lowe’s and it has all of the usual things that any Lowe’s would have but what makes it a standout was the help! Every time we turned around there was someone offering to assist us in some way. It wasn’t obtrusive but they were there a lot. We didn’t need any help but somehow I just know if we had there would’ve been on the spot with it!

I’ve been trusting this Lowe’s for years for home and the yard. They always have everything my father, fiancée or I are looking for. My dad is like the Lowe’s valuable customer if there is such thing he is that because he knows everyone there and they know him because he’s there like everyday. They know whenever my father comes in what paint to make for him and primer. I recently just bought my lawn mower here and the guys were awesome at explaining everything to people that have never mowed a lawn in their entire life, aka my fiancée and I. We’ve always been spoiled because our parents or apartment area had lawn work done by companies they hired. Now I feel like I’m shopping at Lowe’s much more than my local grocery store because it has everything I need for my home right now. When your spending so much time in a store like this it means your working pretty darn hard off to the side with home improvements. Today the gentlemen were awesome at the garden center and loaded the mulch into my car even though I managed to carry two bags myself to the car. Yeah, I’m building muscles but I try not to overwork them so I had the guys do their jobs! That’s what men are for right? I can always rely on Lowe’s to help me get anything I need for my home.

Lowes is usually the go to place for both my stepfather and I, my stepfather is in the field of remodeling/renovation, I am more of a geek(into computers and electronics) though I do follow in my stepfathers footsteps a bit, so I’m more of a jack of all trades When it comes to renovation or even simple home improvement, this place has got you covered, need some laundry detergent or cleaning agents? They’ve got that too My most recent time there, I went to get a replacement garage door opener remote, before going to Lowes, I went to places like Walmart and Meijer, neither of them sold remotes for any garage door opener, let alone one for my model, when I went to Lowes, not only did I find one that worked for my opener(a universal opener remote), it also happened to be the same model I had previously, this made the search for the remote extremely easy There are a couple small issues that keep it from a 5 star review though For what they offer, and their wide variety of products, I feel they would benefit from staying open 24 hrs, there have been times that Lowes would have exactly what I need, but I would need it around say the middle of the night, making me have to go to places like Meijer, Walmart, etc. which do happen to have locations that are open 24 hrs, but are further away from me, and most of the time either don’t have what I need, or do have what I need, but not work for my specific situation, so I end up having to wait anyway until Lowes opens to get what I need Another thing is changing of brands or products, say for example you went to GameStop, and all they sold was the PS Vita and and the PS3 and the games for them, so you buy a PS Vita and a few games, later you want to get more games for your PS Vita, so you go to GameStop only to find out now they only sell the Nintendo Wii U and the Nintendo 3DS/2DS, and games for it, now instead of buying just the game you want, now you have to buy a new console just to play it, sometimes at Lowes, you have the same issue, if you buy some cabling supplies and the tools required for it, they sometimes change brands or products so there is no guarantee that the tools you bought before will work with the supplies they sell now, standards like keystone jacks do help with situation though

I’m currently in the process of remodeling the bathroom in my house. The special order vanity cabinets look like a 2nd grader finished them and what makes matters worse is the General Manager, Brian, for this store could give a shit. He told my contractor, «between you and me… They’re cheap cabinets». That’s how he handles customer service. I spent around $ 1000 on the cabinets. AVOID the Sawmill store for special orders!

I went in to do a return and make a few small purchases. I was helped by four different people and each one of them was extremely nice and very helpful. Two of them took the time to walk me across the store to find exactly what I needed. It was very refreshing to get service this great in a big box store. I have always preferred Lowes over Home Depot, but it’s a bit farther to drive to from my house. I will gladly go the extra distance to shop here from now on.

Whenever I need something for around the home or yard, I always am able to find what I need here. As there is tons of merchandise here, it is quite a large store. Good thing about chains is that they are usually laid out the same. Seen one Lowe’s, seen them all. Whenever I have had trouble finding something, the staff have always been willing to help me out. Last night, I was looking for some clamps. After walking around a bit, I asked one staffer. She was not quite sure as it was outside her department, but helped with getting someone else that knew. Turns out … I walked right by them earlier. Prices are competitive with other local hardware and yard stores. They just seem to have more of the products that I am looking for and like. Large parking lot available. Sometimes not enough staff at the registers, even with the self service lines.

Meh. I don’t have any complaints about this location, seems nice enough here. I do find everything I need when I need something though. At least the self check out here seems to work better than the ones at Home Depot.

This Lowes has a terrible layout and they didn’t have the item that I desperately needed this morning. Also, the staff is more interested in shooting the shit or walking around like zombies instead of helping customers. yes, it was 9am, but still — get your employees some caffeine or something.

This is refective of and not the Dublin Store. When I was told by the First Alert Smoke detector people that I could get repacement dectectors at , I gave it a try. Web site did not recognize my SKU and so, i called. Ten minutes later, I just hung up!

Friendly and helpful staff. Moving boxes are a little less sturdy than Home Depot‘s but does the job for low stacking.
