Kumon Math and Reading Center of Pleasanton – North

I’ve been a regular parent of Kumon for past 8 years… across multiple states and cities. Both my daughters’ have been attending Kumon without any break for these years. If there was ever a lowest point in my experience with Kumon… it’s the last 1 and half years while at KUMON NORTH PLEASANTON. While their teaching capabilities are mediocre, their sense of accountability and professionalism is at its worse. In last 1 and half years, there have been umpteen incidents involving missing home works, non-​communication of tests, zero-​feedback on kids performance, etc… They also go one step ahead to lie that the homework left out on the drop boxes have been picked up by other parents (more than once… can it happen only to us??). Often times they miss to send the homework with the kids. When we had asked for explanation of why is this repeating, we were given an option to withdraw our kid from the center by the large hearted Center Head. Please don’t ever waste your money on these guys.
PS: Many of my friends have reported this and nothing was done by KUMON management to fix these problems.
