I worked with a sales person and picked out the perfect ring. It was beautiful! I had her make a card to put on file and give my fiancé her business card with all the detail of the ring on it. I even called and visited several times to make sure the ring and card was still on file. It was. Well we went to purchase the ring and the sales person was on vacation leaving me to purchase from the rudest. Incompetent. Ugliest people I’ve ever dealt with. No makeup, cheap clothes, and not professional. I really don’t care about the clothing or makeup but it’s worth a mention. Well they stated they couldn’t find the card. But took the book to a corner and found it but still maintained they couldn’t find it. We gave them the business card with the info on it but big surprise it didn’t contain what they needed to find the ring. I found it in the store but They tried to charge me 3 times what I was quoted for the ring. Then the brown long curly hair fat sales person came over to shake my hand and basically made the situation 5 times worse. When my sales person returned she was such a b@tch. Oh I found the card she says it was right there. Yep it was. .But it was too late. We bought elsewhere and my dream of having the ring I wanted was gone. THANKS for nothing

These people are so sweet. Before my wedding they gave me a set of pearl earrings in honor of my upcoming wedding. I don’t know how they found out I was engaged to be married but it was so sweet. News must fly fast as a bride! I mean I did attend almost every bridal expo before my wedding. I was known throughout Central Ohio for attending all the wedding expo’s meeting almost every vendor in town and interviewing them. I treated it like a full time job, except as a bride. One thing I really liked that I specifically remember right before my wedding was this jeweler was so kind as to add the finishing clean to my wedding ring before I walked down the aisle. I cannot say the jeweler that my husband bought the wedding ring from would do this for me because it never happened. The reason I appreciated it was because they realized I didn’t have much time and really wanted my ring to look good. That service went very far in my books! Recently, Helzberg sent me a Happy Anniversary card and why this meant so much to me was because I really was going through a hard week. Seeing a card in the mail that acknowledged my upcoming 1 year anniversary meant the world to me. It meant somebody was thinking about us and wished us well. Sometimes a card can go far when you least realize it and this place knew how to cheer someone up. The Helzberg team really knows how to make people in town feel special with their jewelery. In my opinion, this is what a jeweler should be all about is that special feeling you get. Props go out to their great customer service and kind words that really went far for this person right here.

My husband got my engagement ring at Helzberg, so it made sense to also buy our wedding bands there. I had looked around at some other stores for the style of band that I wanted, but they were all more expensive than the same style at Helzberg. We bought the extra warranty, which takes care of the rings for their lifetime, as long as we get them inspected every six months. Each time I take my rings in the staff is very courteous and helpful. I had to send my engagement ring in for repair the last time I was in, so they just went ahead and got all of our rings replated, keeping them looking gorgeous. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they pay close attention to the rings each time we get them inspected, so I’m not worried about our rings losing their quality. I’m very pleased with Helzberg and their service.
