Under new management and the place was packed. A little behind on my appointment but so nice! I was sceptical going here with the reviews that said it was dirty but the new management has made the place sparkle. The place is clean and the new owner tweety is a sweetheart.

Do not go here. Never have I had such a horrible spa experience. Made an appointment with my mom– the technician started on my mom as she told me to put my feet in the water. However, I had to wait 30 minutes with my feet in cold water before someone came to start (my mom who’s pedicure started on time had lukewarm water). Half hour later, my mom was done and no one had come to help me-​we asked to be told a few times, «one more minute». Once I got my pedicure started, they kept switching who was the technician-​as soon one started one step, a new technician came because a regular who made an appointment came in. Even though we made appointments, we were the B team to them. Additionally, the entire process took too long as they were very disorganized-​no towels, had to help two clients at once, went to chat with regulars. Go somewhere else.

DIRTY– to the point I had to put a magazine down on the counter to not let my skin touch the counter to dry my nails.
CUT– I was cut during a poish change– need I say more???
NAILS– Why do people INSIST on using your nails to clean up the polish you poorly applied??? I told him to please use a «stick» as he should have remembered from school.
Not worth the $ 7.50 price.
