When my smartphone died, I visited this nearby location to view available phones and options. This location is a Verizon franchise /​retailer, not an actual Verizon store. It is a fairly small store in contrast to other locations. They still had the same selection of popular phones as other locations. However, the service was great! The rep was quite informative. It wasn’t a high pressure sale situation. I browsed around for quite a bit trying to make a choice. She helped me when I had narrowed down choices, took time to ask questions about how I use my smartphone and offered recommendations and reasons why for the phone and the plans. Phone pricing was competitive.
