Love all of the smoothies and bowls… just one request, bring back the large size bowls if you’re still charging the large bowl price!

I hate this location, the employees are poorly trained on beverage making. Every single time I get my favorite drink it’s made completely different every time. It’s a pain in my ass and yet idk why I still even come in hopes that they’ll get it right. They never do.

Super friendly girls!!! Greeted when I walked in. I ordered the Primo Acai Bowl. Tastes really fresh and she took her time making it, which I really appreciated! I usually get Acai Bowls from this other place but was craving one and Jamba Juice was my closest option. I do however prefer the taste of the acai from the other place but it is still delicious nonetheless.
I definitely recommend trying one of these bowls! Healthy ingredients. I got the 16oz which was MORE than enough to leave me feeling satisfied. They are more than happy to substitute any ingredient or add a special request. I can definitely say this will be go to place to satisfy my acai bowl craving!

Most unprofessional, rude, stuck up girl named Destiny took my order. Lacked customer service to the max. Terrible I mean this girl made me feel uncomfortable even while sitting there waiting on my drinks. I mean I get you, you hate your job but come on at least pretend to smile. Or be rude but in a professional manner. She was just standing behind the register hiding her phone on her POS system and I was unsure whether to order because I personally didn’t want to be a burden since she was too busy on her phone. I was ordering and it’s as if she wasn’t even alert or awake while I was ordering. I typically don’t even care for reviews or complain about anything really. I could give two shits but man does this Destiny girl deserve a bad review. I made sure to ask for the drinks to be made thick due to the heat outside she looked at me like a pathetic loser and asked what do you mean thick? I had to stop and think about how should i explain it so that this girl understands me. I replied and said to the smoothie thicker so it doesn’t melt as fast. Clearly she didn’t understand since the request was coming out of a human being and not from that phone screen under her nose. Kids…

Last couple of months this has to be one of the worst stores in the franchise. They run out of things so quickly and they don’t get replaced. They haven’t had dates in months and they run out of frozen yogurt. The two stars are for the couple of really friendly and helpful employees that work there. I buy about 7 smoothies a month minimum. This is the closest store to work, but I only go there when I’m desperate.

They ran out of whey protein. Supermarkets have to worry about 1000s of inventory items… Jamba Juice sells juice, and the ingredients that go into it. If you can’t manage the inventory of a Jamba Juice, you have no business managing a retail store.
Unlike Juice it Up, who has several freshly squeezed items, Jamba Juice has maybe one smoothie with freshly squeezed carrot juice. I ordered it for that reason, and she used non-​fresh carrot juice from the fridge.
Then, I forgot I had bought a sandwich she was toasting, and she let me leave without it. I came back a few minutes later, and she tried to say she told me to hold on and wait. Neither my daughter or I heard that. It’s my bad for forgetting, but she could’ve handled it without trying to flip it like that.
I’m going back to not liking this particular location. I’m giving the second star because overall the girl was nice, and the manager understaffed Presidents’ Day.

I came to this Jamba Juice at 7:30pm today because I saw that they close at 8pm. The door was wide open, so my companion and I walked in. The female employee said «We’re closed. We closed early because of super bowl.» However, she was inside making herself what appeared to be a smoothie, yet they were «closed.» There were four people who walked in at the same time as I did. That was clearly good business for the establishment. I don’t think super bowl in a legitimate reason to close early. Also, it was very unprofessional to be making herself a smoothie and turn customers away. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the service. I will not be coming back to this store!

but these two girls there were nice and helpful. They acknowledge me when entering, also when i had questions about the cute lil yogurt bowls they have available.

Ive been to this location 4 times now, unfortunately its the closest to my new home. This is beyond the slowest location Ive been to. I actually used to work at a Jamba for about a year, and this would not fly at my location. I think what the problem is is that they’re understaffed.

Been coming here for over a year and the service is always consistent and friendly. Been to several other Jamba’s around LA and this one has the most consistent in quality and taste. For those bad reviews you can ask them to replace your drink if your not satisfied.

Just leaving this location and they cheated me 25%.
I always order mine a Large split into 2 cups and I have a picture that shows 25% of just air.
Not use to this from Jamba

Today I didn’t really appreciate my experience, I always come here and this afternoon I wasn’t happy when I left. The guy who rang up my order was yes, very happy and energetic but him and the female that were working were acting very unprofessional when yelling to eachother thinking it’s funny when in fact it’s not
He didn’t even fill my large smoothie all the way to the shop there were two inches missing of my drink.
I just grabbed it and left.
I hope this doesn’t happen again.

Even though it’s pricey, they make good smoothies and shakes. If you sign up, they send you coupons and discounts. There are times when they send you coupons that are buy one get one free. Pretty awesome!
Also, when you sign up for the email subscription, you’ll get $ 3 off on your next order and a free drink on your birthday! Not bad huh?
I hardly drink coffee so this is my go to drink! Plus, it’s perfect for the summer heat!

Acai Smoothie was aiiiight. But why the hell was there a piece of plastic inside my drink? Would’ve gone back but was already 10 – 15 mins down the road before I took my first sip.

When I walked in it was stuffy and the employees looked miserable although I wonder why because there was only one more other customer inside. I walked up to the counter and was greeted but I waited 5min just to have my order taken and when I gave my order the employee just walked up to the register… didn’t even ask me anything just looked at me like «what do you want hurry up». I received my carrot juice fairly quickly after that but when I sipped it, it did not taste fresh compared to when I usually drink it in Glendora. Must have been because of the stuffy ness in this jamba (maybe AC broke?) Nonetheless, I’ve experienced much better.

Love it here. Always clean and fast service! I wish there were more specials. I noticed the rewards deal today and love it! :) Always a great feeling to drink healthy! Love the energy bowls!

First time at this Jamba location and I loved it. The customer service was outstanding! I think the worker s name was Josh. He was great. Fast, friendly, and helpful. He even brought out our drinks for us outside. Made my Jamba Juice experience that much better.

I work at an office nearby, but commute from Long Beach. When I am craving a fresh, light breakfast before work, I stop by this Jamba Juice for oatmeal/​smoothie combos. What makes this place appealing is the lack of anything healthy around the area. West Duarte has fast food + big box stores galore.
This location does a decent job clearing lines quickly but can take some time prepping their drinks, especially when they are still training workers. It seems that I always visit when they are training workers that need to clarify every bit of my order.
Last month, a manager talked me into trying one of the new juices with kale (instead of an apple-​n-​greens). She mentioned how fresh and awesome it was, but I was disappointed. 2 – 3 other times they ran out of ingredients for drinks I wanted to order, so I was again bummed out.

It was the hottest day of the week so I stopped by to get some smoothie fix of Kaleribbean.
I love this kind of food stores. Makes me happy to cool down during summer.
