This AT&T store has the best costumer service and it’s super clean inside and when I bought my iPhone 6s Plus in rose gold the process was really fast and the people there are super friendly.

I came here on Saturday, December 12, 2015 to upgrade to an iPhone 6 Plus. I walk into the store and only one girl is working on a Saturday afternoon. She’s clearly new– she doesn’t know the prices of the iPhones or what’s the difference between each model. She just tells me that the display has all the information. I don’t understand why a trainee is working alone on a Saturday, but whatever. I decide to get the iPhone 6 Plus in the white/gold option. Since they don’t have it in stock she tells me she can order it and have it shipped to the store in 2 days. She then goes on her computer to order it and tells me that the white/gold color isn’t even an option anymore. Ok whatever. I decide to get the silver instead. No big deal. Then things start to get really bad. She tries to transfer my contacts, pictures, etc from my current phone to the new phone, but apparently the phone has to be updated first. She can’t figure out how to do it so we wait about an hour for her manager, Roberto Quiroz, to get there. Oh dear lord. When he finally arrives, the first thing he tries to do is get me to buy a stupid screen protector. He tries to sell it to me for 20 dollars and when I tell him I can get it online for way cheaper he tries selling it to me for 10 dollars. Wtf? We’ve been waiting an hour for you to get here and the first thing you say is to buy an overpriced plastic sticker? No thanks. I just want my new phone with all my contacts and pictures transferred. Is that too much ask? Apparently so. Another hour passes and I decide to just leave and come back later when the phone is ready. I come back after 3 hours and it’s still not done. I tell them I just want a refund; there’s no way I am going to waste another second of my time with these people who don’t know how to do their job. He tells me that I can take the phone home and it will update by itself. Uhhhh, yeah that didn’t happen. He blamed me for the long wait, claiming that I had too many photos and contacts on my phone. My phone’s memory size was only 16gb, literally the smallest memory option available for iPhones. He was also about to give me the phone by itself, without its box including the earphones and charger until I questioned him about the box and he handed it over. So I go home, connect the phone to my computer, update it, back up my old phone to computer, and transfer all of the data to my new phone. It took about 15 minutes. I also bought a 6 plus screen protector from the dollar tree next door. For one dollar. In summary, don’t go to this AT&T location. A routine upgrade that should’ve taken no more than an hour resulted in almost 5 hours.

Don’t bother going to this store. Being new a new customer to ATT, I asked all the questions before switching service providers. I received my 6s via USPS and was told to take my 4s for buyback credit of $ 200 to any ATT authorized retail store when I received my new phone. Roberto, who said he is the manager of this location told me that he could only give me $ 20 credit for it — really? He did not even want to help since I did not purchase nor activate my phone at this particular location. Beware and go to an actual ATT company store. Same day, a few hours later, I ended up going to The ATT Company store in Glendora where the sales associate that helped me validated what Roberto told me was completely inaccurate. Beware, this store will try to cheat you.

I was greeted by a associate Jennifer, it was clear she didn’t wanna be there today. I understand that anyone could have a bad day… but this is unacceptable to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable being there… I actually regreted asking for assistance from her. I forgot to get the other lady associates name but she came over to assist, and thank god she was there. She was polite, helpful, n glowing(only reason why they get 3 stars). Thank you, you know who you are. But Jennifer, I don’t think customer service related anything, is for you. Good luck.

I was so happy to see this store in Duarte. I decided to purchase an iPad for my husband’s birthday. The store placed the wrong order, which was an inconvenience to begin with. On top of that, I was made responsible for taking the iPad to the post office. Who’s heard of that? They eventually reordered the right iPad. In the meantime, I’m still being charged by att for the first iPad!!!(Which I returned a month ago.) I called the company and they said the store was supposed to return the iPad, that the responsibility was theirs. This purchase has become a real nightmare. I will never use this dealer again.

Roberto and Rodolfo are complete lifesavers! I walked into this location Friday morning somewhat frazzled after my iPhone 6 was stolen the day before AND without being covered with insurance… I needed a replacement immediately and I was thinking I would have to pay full price for a new phone, which I couldn’t afford OR downgrade to some phone I didn’t want… both options weren’t appealing to me… but I didn’t need to worry one bit… Roberto was able to add onto my plan and gave me a great deal on a tablet and a new iPhone 6 for zero down! All I had to pay was the taxes AND I was able to avoid paying all those upfront costs… great service AT&T!

I purchased my iPhone here and I can never believe how fast and easy it was. I called, drove, arrived, talk, data synced, paid and I was out in less than 30 mins. Friendly and knowledgable staff!
