I’ve been wanting to check this place out, so the wife and I decided to go. The place has a nice, inviting atmosphere with the golf course as the backdrop. Definitely a locals watering hole but we were greeted and received by the bartender. Beer was deliciously ice cold like we Americans love. Food was typical grill offering and what you would expect so it hit the spot.
We will definitely return for some football.

No bueno. Service was bad. Food (breakfast) was worse. Such a shame would be great to have a nice breakfast spot close by. Also they do not have hot chocolate for the kids and their orange juice had separated and looked real old. Not good for families at all. Booooo really wanted a new breakfast spot!

I used to come here once a week
Now that there is a new owner
I thought I’ll give it a try
Checked the hours
It said opens at 7:00
It was 8:00 AM
So I Figured THAT I Am safe
I called, the line picked then disconnected
I Thought OK
They are busy
I go there at 8:30 after 30 minutes of driving in traffic
The place was closed
I was told they come at 9:00
Waited till 9:00 but nobody showed up
Very disappointed
I waisted an hour because of their wrong timing

I had such a bad experience here. The bartender was cursing and telling us it’s only her fourth day here making that an excuse for her drinks being bad, also she said she to tell her if we anything else we wanted that she had a drinks app. Real bartenders don’t have drink apps.

Came here today for a little golf and usually leave. Decided to cool off for a bit and stopped by Duffers they are very nice had the Greek salad very big but tasty. It’s kinda quiet maybe because of being Sunday afternoon and most golfers stop by early. Overall I will come back because of the great customer service (Sam) and the tasty food.

My friends have been going to Duffer’s for sometime now and always seemed to have a ton of fun. I finally joined them one night and in the short time I was there I quickly recognized why Duffer’s has become the preferred place for getting together with friends. Open and plenty of seating with TVs to watch sporting events. Inside and outside seating. The staff at Duffer’s are wonderful and I will definitely be joining my friends more often.

I’ve been coming here since before the new management took over and, I must say, that it has changed for the better. The staff are wonderful and fun, the food is great, and the vibe is great on the weekends (it’s also nice and relaxing during the weekdays as well)! Sam is the best bartender around and Jamie (one of the servers) is super cute! You’ve got to check this place out

Went for lunch today (see posted photo) and had an enjoyable time.
Our server was pleasant, got our drink order and filled it quickly. She took our order almost as soon as we had decided what to order. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My sandwich was crispy without being too greasy (which can be a problem with those kind of sandwiches) and quite tasty. Drinks were refilled without having to ask for both paid drinks and water (considering the other parties /​tables in use this was nice).
Never knew this place was here but decided to try here based on a «word of mouth» review. Based on today I’m sure I’ll be back …

I went to Duffers at the Rancho Duarte Golf club for Super Bowl Sunday to catch the game, enjoy good food and have some drinks. It was my first time there and I was impressed! The staff was great, the waitresses were cool and the food was delicious. The buffet included fresh Ceviche, Shrimp cocktail, Slider burgers, chicken skewers, fresh out of the oven Pizza, baked beans and much more. Prices are decent for the quality of food. I will definitely go back to Duffers and also to golf at the club.

This place is under new management. The manager is very sweet and helpful and the course seems to be getting some well deserved TLC after the previous owners sort of abandoned it. Now for the food. Came here for lunch and well, I believe this place needs a new cook for lunch. Waitress didnt even bother checking to see if we were ok or to check on the food. Service is very slow and when I walked by the kitchen I noticed the cook didnt have a hair net, that in my book is a negative. Anyways, food was ok but was delivered after waiting 25 minutes for sanwhiches. I will give this place another try before giving up on it.
