We had every Texas household’s worst nightmare when our upstairs AC unit died on us. I took a chance on Springfield Mechanical as they were so close by and I cannot say just how glad I am that I did. They came out the very next day exactly on time, quickly traced the problem to a defective part on my condenser and had it replaced in no time at all.
Their rates are very competitive, but even more valuable than that they are easy to talk to, and they take to time to explain in simple terms all of your options. I’d recommend these guys to anyone in need of AC repair.

Very prompt and professional. They even suggested to check if the unit was under warranty — it was, so they saved me $ 1000!

Love! Love! Love these guys! Eric & Steve came out today to take a look at my AC that was running for up to 5 hours at a time.
They informed me my unit was at some point replaced with one that was too small. It was working just fine, but when Im ready or this one calls it quits, to go with a 2 ton or 2 ½ ton. The larger unit wont have to run as long to cool the house.
They also adjusted a hose that was causing my AC to abnormally loud! Yay no more rattling!
They inspected the filter & replaced it with one that I had on hand.
They hosed down the cover in front of filter too.
They also offered some maintenance tips for me as well.
