Horrible! Turned my dream into a nightmare! I am a REAL former customer of Erickson Custom Homes, LLC and Wayne «Alan» Erickson. Not only did he not finish my house, he used unqualified/​unlicensed workers, poor quality, did not write change orders, was supposed to finish the house in 4 – 6 months, the house was left with 3 required inspections that cost me $ 10k to have completed and about $ 25k worth of work to be corrected or finished even though he was paid the contracted price. After 11 months of waiting, I decided to hire an attorney. He then presented his «final invoice» in the amount of $ 34k! When I wouldn’t pay it, he filed a $ 35k lien on my house. It took 15 months, $ 50k in legal fees and a 5 day jury trial to declare the lien was invalid and unenforceable and ordered removed from my home. I only write this review to warn others to do your homework. Check the Travis, Hays or local county clerk website and look up previous affidavit of claims and civil suits for any builder you are going to hire. I wish I had. Get referrals from friends and family when looking for a reputable builder. Don’t make the mistake that I did!

ECH is the best! Erickson Custom Homes was wonderful and has the best quality work in central Texas. They made the most of my budget and helped me on my beautiful home. Use their services, you won’t be disappointed.

Erickson Custom Homes finished my home on time, on budget, and as per my plans and specs. They were easy to work with. I would recommend them and use them again.
