What a rude, snotty staff… even laughing and saying they don’t want to work on you to their other co-worker like you’re not standing right there in front of them when we’re donating for locks of love. It’s not like anyone was even in the shop when we came in. Wow… thanks Katie. I don’t know why we just didn’t leave if it weren’t to donate the hair. A tip shouldn’t have even been given to the other co-worker who seemed to tolerate us until she was given the more than deserved tip for her attitude. What a disappointing visit to Philly, especially when we were out to do a good deed.

I’ve been here quite a few times and never had a bad experience. Everyone here is so pleasant and the store is clean as can be. $ 13 haircut — yes please! Keep up the good work!

I bring my son here for his haircuts and the Stylists consistently do a great job. They maintain a computerized record of the clippers that were previously used, so there is no guesswork in trying to figure out what made the last haircut so great. The salon is tastefully decorated and I’ve never had to wait more than about 20 minutes — usually there is no wait at all early on a Saturday morning or weekday evenings. You can also use the computer check in service to reduce your wait, but I haven’t found the need. They have lolipops for the kids after a job well done. High

* Clean and neat
* Competitive pricing
* Decent hours
* In and out relatively quickly with no appointment
The bad news is it can be difficult to get the same person each time. If that’s important to you another alternative may be your best choice.
