The Healthy Turkey & Veggie Omelette is delightfully good. I will be back for another.

Breakfast perfection! Everything was delicious and divine! We had the kale, apple, lemon juice and it was perfectly balanced and fresh. It was a great start to this mouthwatering meal. I had the spring fresh Lemon-Berry Ricotta Pancakes and the raspberries tasted like they came from my raspberry bush! Instead of a side of meat and eggs I upgraded to the Mediterranean omelette, minus the ham and cheese, and it too was fresh and delicious. My husband enjoyed every bite of his Parisian Benedict with ranch styled potatoes and a side of avocado toast. Most places skimp on avocados, but not here! Wow!!! It was easily a full avocado and it was delicious!!! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place, and Kayleen did a great job taking care of us. I’m excited to more of their menu!!!

The service at this place is TERRIBLE! I’ve been to the egg and I in St George dozens of times and have always been received with warmth and efficiency. This place is a joke. The DMV or social security office runs more efficiently than this joke of a restaurant. The manager here should be fired yesterday. I’m here now and have been waiting 20 minutes for our drinks let alone our food that is no where in sight! Avoid this place like the plague.

When this location first opened it was a disappointment there was no leadership at all so we had decided to quit coming, a couple Saturdays back we decided to give it another try which I’m glad we did. We were immediately greeted by the manager who took us back to our booth. Our server came over and got our drinks let me remind you its me and 3 kids who were Starving and anxious to eat. They asked me if i wanted this kids food in first and i really appreciated that. Anna the manager did a great job she asked me how it was and actually looked like she cared for the business she was checking on the tables around us and telling the guests the were leaving she’d see them again soom. I’m so happy i tried this egg and i again and I’ll be back with my 3 happy, hungry children again. Thank you for making my family feel special and you made it a great experience.

Waste of money. The lemon ricotta pancake is a wheat pancake with a big blob of lemon pudding in the middle. Forgot our bacon, wrong kind of coffee served. Would not return.

The Egg and I use to be one of our favorite places to dine in for breakfast foods. When it first opened, I loved it and came back often. But recently something has changed. The food started coming out slow and the servers knowledge seems minimal. A few servers are very experienced but it seems most of them do not have formal training. One server didn’t know the difference between tea and coffee. Brought tea out instead of coffee. I mean, can’t you smell the difference? One time I asked to order the breakfast burrito and my waitress asked me, «do you want that wrapped in a tortilla?» What is a breakfast burrito if it isn’t?! Food is good. Service is poor. Environment is warm and inviting. Hope they improve their flaws. Great location!

So mediocre. The scrambled eggs were soggy and wet. Gross. The potatoes and sausage were either over cooked or old, or both. The dry, crumbly wheat toast was the best part. Waste of money.

So disappointed. The quality of the food was just awful. For a restaurant with«egg» in the name I expected them to at least know how to cook scrambled eggs properly. I asked for a replacement(which I hate doing) and received a second plate of identical, slimy eggs. Our server was polite but didn’t refill our empty glasses until we were about to leave, and the rap music blaring from the kitchen was pretty distracting. Needless to say, I’m not going back.

Cute little place, really open and bright. We waited only about 10 minutes on a busy Saturday morning so that wasn’t bad. They had a special dish a pineapple/coconut pancake with eggs and sausage and so I went with that. My friend ordered the same and we both devoured our plates. The pineapple/coconut pancake comes with a scrumptious vanilla sauce that we both loved! We chose to have our eggs scrambled and they were so fluffy and yummy. I had sausage and requested turkey sausage and it was moist and flavorful. The service was wonderful, they kept our drinks full and told us to take our time and enjoy our morning and that we didn’t have to rush, even though there was a line to get in! They have an extensive menu and I’ll be back to try more… but if they have that pancake on the menu… I’ll really be tempted to get the same thing!

Our first time here. Arrived, had a 10 min wait. Not too bad. Our server was great and helpful. The food was amazing! Eggs Benedict, Corned Beef Hash, and build your own omelete. Grits were on the Salty side. The English muffins were toasted and buttered perfectly. I loved that my corned beef hash came with hollandaise sauce. What a yummy addition. Our only complaint was the wait for our food. The hot sauce is weak. A the coffee pot wouldn’t easily poor. They do have coffee available while you wait. That was a nice touch. My husband says the house blend is very good.

I was very disappointed on my visit today. We were seated in about 5 minutes. Was about 12:30pm on Sunday. There was no one else in the lobby besides our party of 4 people. We placed our orders for 4 people. Coffee and drinks came out in a timely manner. We sat for 30 minutes and still no food. We noticed that a couple who sat at their table 10 minutes after us got their food before us. I immediately asked our waiter where our food was since we were sat sooner than this couple. He came back with the comment that the cooks had lost our order. I’m pretty certain that the waiter failed to put the food order in the computer for the cook to see. I told him that we were not willing to stay any longer for breakfast and asked for his manager to speak with. The manager came out in a timely manner and offered her apologies after I described to her what happened. She also gave me a $ 25 gift certificate to use and come back and try the restaurant again. In reading the previous reviews this seems to be a common complaint of other visitors of this establishment. The food industry can be very inconsistent but in order to be very successful this business has to deliver consistency. Otherwise, it will be a money pit and few people will ever come back.

First visit here. Got seated right away and ordered. That is when the wait begins we waited for a long time and then when the food came they was out of dressing then the pancake was not cooked. My brother got a club sandwich and there was toothpick broken in it each time he would bite the sandwich he would also bite some toothpick. The service was good I actually felt bad for the server. I would not recommend this place at all actually surprised they are still in business and the price is high $ 55 for 4 people.

Our server was great. He was polite and quick. The Red Velvet pancakes were delicious. I asked to substitute the sausage or bacon with a croissant. No problem, and they even toasted the croissant. Nice little touch that made me feel like they wanted me there, which many more expensive restaurants will not bother to do. We also ordered the Breakfast Burrito which was also a delicious brunch option. I would recommend this place for breakfast and brunch to anybody looking for simple, delicious food at very good price.

Too bad when I went to try this restaurant I couldn’t get any service. The employees were rude and totally ignored us… we walked out without ordering. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I saw them featured on Groupon this last week. I LOVE me some breakfast foods, so Husband and I decided to check it out this weekend. Around 10:30 we arrived to a full lobby and a busy, but not slammed dining room. We were told a 10 minute wait was all there was(SCORE!). That ten minute wait turned out to be closer to 20. I’ve served, so I get it can be hard to estimate wait times; I let it slide. Once we were seated it took our server 10 minutes to visit us, and not one of the three other servers in the section acknowledged us or asked if we were being helped. Again, I realize it’s a Saturday morning, but NOT not cool. I think expecting to be acknowledged within two minutes of being seated is not unreasonable-does this restaurant not enforce any sort of maximum greet time rule? Once our server FINALLY made it over to us he took our order(Chicken sandwich for Husband, and eggs benedict for me.) Almost 30 minutes later our food came out(right before we were going to ask our MIA server if he’d forgotten about us). Mine was cold. Like they made my dish first and forgot to put it under the heat lamp while they cooked the chicken for Husband’s sandwich ice cold. I wanted to REALLY like my eggs because the flavors were all there, but I was put off by the fact my plate was hotter than the food that was on it-even the breakfast potatoes(which we all know starches cool slower than proteins) were cold, undercooked, and disgusting. Once we were finished we waited-AGAIN for our server to come back with the check only to learn he didn’t have it and would have to ‘be right back’(WHY are your servers not ALWAYS check ready!?) After waiting 10 minutes and seeing absolutely no sign of or server we ended up going to the register to pay. For a place that wasn’t that busy it was pretty upsetting. Places like OPH are SLAMMED, but unless I order something that takes longer to make I have NEVER waited for my food or my server. Sadly we won’t be back.

Well the service was good but for some reason they cram everyone in one section so we had to wait a little bit to put us in an empty quiet out of the way table. This place is pricey so be forewarned. 1 pancake cost 5.29 and coffee is 2.50.

I can’t lie. This place served up a big plate of greasy disappointment. I ordered a couple eggs and they were literally dripping in butter and or oil. My wife ordered an egg white omelette off of their«smarter choices» menu. It had even more grease on it than my eggs did. She had to use napkins to soak it up and even then it was sub par at best. At about 25% higher price range than Denny’s, I expected a step up. Instead it was 2 – 3 steps down. Dine at your own risk.

If you like Denny’s then you’ll like this place. I wasn’t a fan. The service was sub par. The majority of the staff appears to be under 20 and couldn’t care less to be there. The food in my opinion was bland and overpriced. I don’t think I’ll be back.

What’s better than a Sunday brunch, that’s why I decided to go out and have a nice little brunch with my friend. We arrived at around 11:30 something, not many people waiting, still had a lot of tables. However, the lady told us we still have to wait for 10 min, not sure why because there were still many empty seats. After 15 min of waiting, we finally got our table. We were lucky we got here early because by the time we got seated, there were tons of people waiting outside. The service was fast though. The food came out pretty quick. That’s good because we were starving. We’ve got Parisian Benedict and Crab Cake Benedict. The Parisian tasted a bit salty, I think it’s because of the smoked ham. We both think the Crab Cake taste better. It’s special. I didn’t see this dish in many other restaurants. But if you ask me if I would come back… um…probably not.

The Egg and I is great! Their menu is pretty basic but very good. I’ve only had positive experiences there. Service has always been great as well. The triple berry crepes are delicious, probably my favorite item, however they are seasonal. French toast and eggs benedict are also good options. I never go on Saturday mornings because it always looks crowded, not sure the wait time. There is outdoor seating and also a meeting room.
